のような弾性受け9と、セラミックシート1を受具10
と弾性受け9とで斜めに受け、かかる状態でセラミック
シート1の裏面側から熱風をパルス的に吹!+翳し、セ
ラミックシート1の表裏を反転させて下段のネットコン
ベヤ2h上に載設することができるエアーブロー装置1
