Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 この発明は、たとえば建築用サイジングパネルのような
パネル材を複数枚積み重ねて、これを結束荷造りする際
に用いるパネル材の反転積上げ装置に関する。
従来技術 建築用サイジングパネルのようなパネル材は、取扱いに
便宜な一定枚数、たとえば、８枚、１０枚、１２枚等を
単位として積み重ね、これを結束して荷造り包装するの
が一般的である。
かかるパネル材は、その長辺方向では均一断面形状であ
るが、その短辺方向では、その厚みが異なる異形断面を
とることが多く、かかるものを同方向にｎ枚積み重ねる
と、全体の断面も極端な異形となるため、取扱いに不便
であるばかりか、筒片れによる１Ｍ（わぬ事故が発生す
る原因ともなるものである。
そこで、ｎ枚の単位のうちの（ｎ／２　）枚を積んだら
、次はパネル材を反転して、残る（　ｎ／２　）枚を裏
返しに積む方法がとられ、これによれば、簡単に安定な
長方形断面の荷姿が得られる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）パネル材をよこ方向に搬送する第１の横行コンベヤ
    と、該第１の横行コンベヤに後続する第２の横行コンベ
    ヤと、前記第１の横行コンベヤと第２の横行コンベヤと
    の間に配設し、前記第１の横行コンベヤ上のパネル材を
    反転して前記第２の横行コンベヤ上に移載する反転機構
    と、前記第２の横行コンベヤの下流側に配設し、該第２
    の横行コンベヤから排出されるパネル材を搬出する排出
    コンベヤと、前記第２の横行コンベヤから排出されるパ
    ネル材を前記排出コンベヤ上に積み重ねて移載する移載
    機構とを備え、前記排出コンベヤは、パネル材の積み重
    ね高さに応じて上下動可能であり、前記移載機構は、前
    記排出コンベヤの上方に進退するガイド部材を備えるこ
    とを特徴とするパネル材の反転積上げ装置。 ２）パネル材をたて方向に搬送する搬入コンベヤと、該
    搬入コンベヤ上のパネル材を前記第１の横行コンベヤに
    移載する移載コンベヤとを付設することを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載のパネル材の反転積上げ装置。 ３）前記ガイド部材は、先端部にスロープを形成し、該
    スロープにローラを備えることを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第１項または第２項記載のパネル材の反転積上げ装
    置。
