【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はパイプハウスやトンネルハウス等の農
園芸ハウス用支柱に関するものである。

従来、農園芸ハウス用支柱は亜鉛メツキされた
アーチ状の金属パイプが使用され、金属パイプの

面と空間との境界面すなわちグランドレベルにお
いて特に腐蝕しやすく、金属パイプが上述の部分
で座屈して農園芸ハウスの倒壌の原因となつてい
た。このために一般に農家等においてアーチ状の
金属パイプの両側下端部にコールタールを塗つた
り、あるいはポリ塩化ビニルの薄肉収縮チユーブ
を被せたりして腐蝕を防止していた。

で、嵩張ると共に防蝕処理部分が傷つきやすい欠
点があつた。

図の如く彎曲されていてもよい。この第1図の場
合は2本のパイプが中央部で接続されてアーチ状
の支柱本体1となされているが、1本のパイプが
アーチ状に彎曲されていてもよい。

り被着一体化される。また脚部2の上端部はスエ
ージング加工されて接続部23が形成され、該接
続部23が支柱本体1の下端部内に嵌挿されて支
柱本体1と接続されるようになされている。な
お、第3図の場合は上端部がスエージング加工さ
れる前の脚柱2であつてパイプ状の金属製芯材2
1の外周面及び上下端部全体が合成樹脂層22に
よつて密着被覆されている。さらに、芯材21と
合成樹脂層22との間には接着剤が介在されてい
ると脚柱2の水密性がより向上し好ましい。合成
樹脂層22の厚みは適宜厚み例えば0.1〜3.5mm程
度となされておればよく、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩
化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド等の合成
樹脂が押出成形、浸漬成形、溶射成形、塗装等の
適宜手段を介して形成されればよい。又、合成樹
脂層22の代わりに芯材21の外周面に金属溶射
後合成樹脂皮膜を形成して防蝕処理してもよい。
