In recent years, the construction of high-rise residential buildings has been actively progressing, and as shown in Figure 2, the main cable 30 is pulled up from the main cable introduction part to the top floor, and the main cable 30 is connected to the ceiling of the top floor. The cable 30 is suspended, and branch wires 32 are drawn out from the main cable 30 at each floor.

We have devised a "device" and have successfully implemented it so far. However, consumers are demanding a reduction in housing construction costs, and as part of that effort, consideration of electrical wiring is also required.

題がある。 By the way, on the top floor, it is only necessary to wire wires according to the power consumed on that floor, so it is wasteful to extend the trunk cable 30 to the ceiling of the top floor. This is a length of about 2 meters per trunk line, but since the trunk cable 30 is suspended for each line of each house in the height direction, there is a great deal of waste. Furthermore, when the main cable 30 is suspended, it is placed on a ladder or stepladder, which poses a safety problem.

A sleeve having a fixing means at the upper part and a conductor insertion hole for the multi-core main cable and a conductor insertion hole for the branch wire at the lower part, and the conductors are inserted into both conductor insertion holes and the respective conductors are crimped. , an insulating base for fixing these sleeves by the fixing means, a suspension member attached to the insulating base, and a protective cover having a recess for storing branch wires on the outside. Although a terminal suspension device characterized by being filled with an insulating compound was proposed, the following new problems were raised.

In addition, if a fire breaks out in a high-rise residential building, the fire will spread rapidly through electric cable distribution shafts and ducts, so it is strongly required that the structure be fireproof and smokeproof. What was desired was something that could be buried and reburied.

In order to achieve the above object, in the end suspension device of this invention, a flange is attached to the upper surface of the floor through-hole, and the upper part is attached to the cup through the receiving part formed on the inner surface of the cup. An FRP board (fiber-reinforced plastic board) fitted with a sleeve having a collector-type branch conductor connection part and a crimp-type main conductor connection part at the bottom is fitted, and a branch electric wire is introduced into the branch conductor connection part from the top surface of the cup. A conductor is inserted and tightened with a nut, and the conductor of the main cable introduced through the bottom of the cup is inserted into the main conductor connection part and crimped. The body is filled, and a time-curing resin composition is injected between the upper and lower parts of the body.

In the fire-resistant and smoke-proof end suspension of this invention constructed as described above, the main cable is suspended by an FRP board via a sleeve, and fire resistance is imparted by the asbestos foam on the upper and lower surfaces of the cup. The time-cured resin placed in the center acts as a smoke barrier while being protected from fire by the asbestos foam, and also supplies power to the customers on the top floor through the distribution line branch extending from the top of the compression sleeve.

As explained above, according to this invention, the end of the trunk cable is suspended in the floor through hole on the top floor, which saves the trunk cable from reaching the ceiling.
There is no need to pull up the branch wires that are drawn out under the floor through the side of the hanging device and above the floor as in the terminal hanging device of No. 175345, and the branch wires can be drawn out straight onto the floor. In addition, asbestos foam is placed on the upper and lower surfaces of the cup, and LCR is injected between them, so the LCR fills the gaps in the hanging device and provides an airtight structure, that is, smoke resistance. The asbestos foam protects the LCR from fire and makes it fireproof.
