    つて顧客を判別し、それに基づいて残金管理を行
    うプリペイドカードシステムにおいて、 カードＣの顧客登録情報を読み取る情報読取手
    段１０と、 カードＣ又はシステム１の少なくとも一方に設
    けられ、顧客の残金を記憶する情報記憶手段１１
    と、 使用済カードを廃棄処理する廃棄手段９と、 前記情報読取手段１０で読み取つた顧客登録情
    報から顧客を判別すると共に、前記情報記憶手段
    １１におけるその顧客の残金を読み出し、残金が
    所定額以下の場合にそのカードＣを前記廃棄手段
    ９に処理させる制御手段７とを備えたことを特徴
    とする使用済カードを処理可能なプリペイドカー
