情が多かつた。(Prior Art) Conventionally, electrocardiogram recording electrodes are suctioned and held on the skin surface using suction cups separately for each measurement site of the human body (mainly the chest). However, with this suction cup method, if the negative pressure of the suction cup is weak, the suction force will be lost even if the patient moves slightly or sweats, so there are problems with the electrode holding power. Standard 12-lead electrocardiogram recording was becoming difficult. Furthermore, since adsorption requires pretreatment such as applying jelly to the skin surface to improve conductivity, it takes time and effort to set up the electrodes, which is extremely inconvenient especially in emergencies. In addition, the negative pressure of the suction cup sometimes caused subcutaneous bleeding in the patient's chest wall. On the other hand, a method of fixing the electrodes using adhesive tape has also been adopted, but in this case, the adhesive tape often causes redness of the skin, causing discomfort to the patient, and making the patient uncomfortable during long-term recording. There were many complaints.

A magnet 5 is interposed between the contactor 52 and the contact 51 to detachably connect the two.
It consists of 3. The contactor 51 includes a disk-shaped (or rectangular plate-shaped) contactor main body 51a, and this main body 5.
An attraction part 51b formed in the shape of a disk with a smaller diameter than 1a and attracted to the magnet 6 is integrally connected via a shaft-shaped part 51c, and the main body 51 is located inside the front body, and the attraction part 51b is attached to the attraction part 51b. is held at a position corresponding to each measurement part of the human body on the front body 2 in a state in which it protrudes to the outside of the front body, and in this state, the wire connector 52 is attracted to the attraction part 51b by the magnet 53 to form the electrode 5. . Note that the suction portion 51b is passed from the inside of the front body to the outside by elastically spreading the mesh by utilizing the elasticity of the mesh fabric.

In addition, when worn, the front body 2 is always kept in close contact with the skin surface A by following the movements of the human body and muscles due to its elasticity, so that the contact state of the electrodes 5 with the skin surface A is maintained. Reliably held. Therefore, unlike the conventional suction cup method, there is no risk of the electrode coming off the skin surface or causing poor contact due to slight movements of the human body, sweating, etc. For this reason, standard 1 during long periods of exercise and electric transmission, which was difficult in the past.
2-lead electrocardiogram recording becomes possible.

Further, in order to further enhance the stretchability of the entire holder, the back body 3 may also be formed of a mesh fabric made of stretchable fiber yarn. Furthermore, buttons, tape fasteners, etc. may be used as opening/closing devices for the front body.

心電図記録を行なうことができる。(Effect of the invention) As described above, when using the electrocardiogram recording holder of the present invention, it is worn on the upper body like wearing a chiyotsuki, and the electrodes inserted through the front body are attached to the human skin surface due to the elasticity of the front body. Because the electrodes are held in close contact with each other, unlike conventional suction cup types, there is no risk of the electrodes coming off due to slight movement or sweating, and the electrodes are held in a much more stable state. Become something. This makes it possible to record standard 12-lead electrocardiograms for long periods of time and during exercise, which has been difficult in the past. In addition, there is no need for pretreatment such as applying conductive jelly as in the case of the suction cup type, and the electrodes can be set easily and quickly, making it extremely convenient for recording electrocardiograms, especially in emergencies.
Furthermore, there is no risk of subcutaneous bleeding as in the case of the suction cup type or redness of the skin as in the case of the adhesive tape fixation type. Furthermore, electrocardiogram recording can be easily performed on patients who have lost part of their limbs due to trauma.
