(2) Conventional technology Electrode lead wires for implantable pacemakers;
In particular, endocardial electrodes are manufactured to be long (for example, about 30 cm) in consideration of the patient's physique. Therefore, when using the device, there are problems with disposing of the excess lead wire and inserting it into the pacemaker pocket in the body, but conventionally, such procedures have been left solely to the ingenuity and judgment of the surgeon. Usually, the excess lead wire is properly rolled up and then inserted.
It was kept inside the body.

(3) Problems that the invention aims to solve By the way, in the conventional procedure that relies on the surgeon, it is not easy to insert the lead wire, and there is a risk of the lead wire being twisted more than necessary inside the body and breaking. Moreover, it had the disadvantage that this disconnection was difficult to detect with X-rays.

4 to 7 show a second embodiment, in which reference numeral 11 denotes a binding device, which includes an elastic body 12 made of the same material as the binding device 1. The main body 12 is formed into a rectangular shape, and a cutout recess 13 for accommodating a generator, which will be described later, is provided in the center of its surface in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of lead wire holding grooves 15 each having a circular cross section are provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction at one end and the other end of the main body 12 sandwiching the cutout recess 13, with the groove ends opening on both sides of the main body 12. , and a notch 16 is provided between these holding grooves 15 and the surface of the main body 12.

To explain how to use the tying device 11 as described above, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the leading end is inserted into the myocardium, for example, and the remaining lead wire 10 is connected to the generator 18 at the rear end. The wire is installed by accommodating the generator 18 in the notch recess 13, and then making use of the elasticity of the main body 12 to make a cut 1 between the holding grooves 15 provided at one end and the other end of the main body 12.
It is inserted and held by opening 6. During this holding, if an unnecessary holding groove 15 that does not hold the lead wire 10 occurs, the main body 1
Cut 2. In FIGS. 6 and 7, the dashed line portion shows that it has been cut. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the entire generator 18 is inserted into the body.

In the embodiment described above, the holding grooves 5 and 15 are merely examples, and instead of holding the lead wires 10 one by one, the grooves may be sized to hold several lead wires at once. The cross-sectional shape of the groove is not limited to a circular shape, but may also be a rectangular or other appropriate shape.
Further, the shapes of the main bodies 2 and 12 are not limited to rectangular shapes as shown in the drawings, but may also be circular shapes, and the detailed design can be changed in various ways without changing the gist of the invention.

(7) Effects of the invention This invention is as described above, and the main body made of an elastic polymer material such as polyurethane or silicone is provided with a plurality of holding parts for holding the electrode lead wires, so that the excess By holding the lead wire in the holding portion, the lead wire can be easily processed, and the lead wire can also be easily inserted into the body after being held. Furthermore, due to the above-mentioned holding, the lead wires are not twisted, and there is almost no risk of wire breakage. In addition, it has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost, and has the excellent effect that the processing and insertion work of the operator can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional method.
