[Prior art and problems] In recent years, the effects of far infrared rays on promoting blood circulation, relieving muscle fatigue and fatigue, alleviating neuralgia and muscle pain through heat treatment, and activating gastrointestinal m function have been revealed. Along with this trend, bedding that utilizes far infrared rays has been proposed in the bedding field as well.

In addition, futons have been proposed in which a core material such as cotton, wool, or feather is enclosed within the envelope. However, futons with this type of structure: ■ have a complex structure and are expensive; ■ use a planar heating element, which gives a very uncomfortable feeling, and the soft texture and feel of the core material, such as feathers or wool, is lost. ■The sheet heating element impedes sweat and moisture absorption and breathability, making it unhygienic;■Turning the power on and off is cumbersome; This operation has many problems, such as making the user needlessly aware that the device is providing treatment and making it difficult to maintain for a long time.

It made me feel intimidated. That is, the present invention provides feathers, wool,
The content is a filler for bedding made by attaching a far-infrared emitting substance to a filler for bedding such as animal or natural fibers such as cotton, or synthetic fibers.

きる.Fillers in the present invention include feathers, wool, mohair,
Any filler may be used as long as it contains animal fibers such as alpaca, cashmere, camel, vicuña, natural fibers such as cotton, hewei fibers such as polyester, and can contain and adhere to far-infrared emitting substances. There are no particular restrictions. do not have. The far-infrared emitting material used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and includes all known metal oxide-based ceramics and materials in which metal oxides are provided on metal surfaces by vapor deposition, thermal spraying, etc. Are there any particular restrictions on the inclusion of far-infrared emitting substances and how they are attached? However, one preferred method (2) is to infiltrate in the form of fine particles. In this case, the fine particles are moderately fine, and so-called ultra-fine powder is preferred because it has a good ability to penetrate and fix fibers. As for the method of attaching fine particles of far-infrared emitting substances to feathers, etc., it is not preferable to attach them via adhesive because it spoils the unique soft texture and volume of feathers, and it is not preferable to attach them under high pressure or vacuum. A method of injecting or adsorbing the fine particles between fibers or cells and allowing them to penetrate is suitable. When press-fitting under high pressure, both nonaqueous and aqueous systems are used; in the case of aqueous systems, for example, for feathers, it is preferable to attach the material in the final step of washing with water. However, it is possible to use an adhesive (for example, at a lower concentration) as long as it does not impair the texture of the feathers, etc. In the case of natural cotton or wool, the texture and volume are not as delicate as that of feathers, so in addition to the press-in method or adsorption method described above, a method of attaching with an adhesive can also be used. In addition, animal fibers are positively charged due to friction, so
Electrical adsorption is also possible using negatively charged particles of far-infrared emitting material. In addition, in order to enhance the effect of reflecting far infrared rays, fine particles of a far infrared reflective material such as aluminum may be mixed together with the above fine particles. The filler to which the far-infrared emitting substance obtained as described above is attached is filled into the inside of a bag-like material to form bedding, as in the case of ordinary bedding. Since the bedding of the present invention has the structure described above, far-infrared rays are emitted from the far-infrared emitting material due to the heat emitted from the human body lying on its side, and the effects and effects of far-infrared rays are unconsciously exerted in a very natural state. You can enjoy it. In addition, since the far-infrared emitting material is contained or attached to the filler, it does not impair the original functions of the filler, such as texture, touch, and volume.
Furthermore, the hygroscopicity and air permeability of the filler material are not substantially impaired in any way, so water and waste materials are sufficiently absorbed or dispersed outside the bedding, making it possible to keep the bedding clean at all times. [Function/Effect] As described above, according to the present invention, the filler can be used without impairing its various functions such as texture, sleeping comfort, moisture absorption, and breathability.
With an extremely inexpensive and simple structure, you can enjoy the excellent health maintenance, promotion, and treatment effects of far infrared rays. Moreover, it is inexpensive because it uses the heat dissipated from the human body, and since it does not require any power supply circuits, the structure is no different from conventional bedding, and there is no need to worry about getting too hot or getting burned. - Since there is no need for the troublesome effort of turning it off, you can enjoy the benefits of far infrared rays while maintaining the same lifestyle pattern as before without being conscious of it.
