Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively repair an outer wall so as to be capable of easily applying re-painting by removing the existing scratch coat film on the surface of an existing outer wall by grinding and subsequently applying a raw material becoming a release layer to the ground surface in a liquid form to cure the same in a film state and applying topcoating having an arbitrary color thereon. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the outer wall composed of, for example, ALC, concrete or mortar scratch coat of an existing building is ground to remove a decorative film or scratch coat to flatten the surface of the outer wall. Subsequently, a grinding powder is removed from the surface of the outer wall and a synthetic resin raw material becoming a release layer is applied to the outer wall in a liquid form and cured to form a film. At this time, this release layer releasable in the future also functioning as a substrate layer is applied so as to coat the entire outer wall inclusive of joints. Next, topcoating is applied to this release layer to form a novel paint film. By performing this repairing, re-painting can be performed inexpensively in an extremely easy manner and aesthetic properties, waterproofness and execution properties are improved to a large extent.

However, when renovating the exterior walls of this type of house, especially when repainting, the existing paint film deteriorates and peels off randomly.
Before repainting, it is necessary to remove the entire surface, even the joints, and while it is easy to remove the existing paint film on the decorative surface, it is impossible to remove the existing paint film on the joints. The process is similar to that of the previous one, and a paint with stronger concealment than the existing paint color had to be used, which had the disadvantage of creating a dark wall appearance. Moreover, it takes a long time and cost to remove the existing paint film on the existing exterior wall, and it also creates a bad environment where dust is scattered.

In order to eliminate such defects, the present invention removes the existing paint film lysine on the surface of the existing exterior wall by polishing, and then applies the raw material that will become the peeling layer in liquid form and hardens it into a film, thereby removing the existing decorative paint film. Functions as a base and cushioning material that hides the paint film, a caulking material for joints, and a peeling layer.A top coat of any color (decorative paint) is applied on top of this peeling layer to give the house a new appearance and to renovate it. This project proposes an exterior wall repair method that is extremely easy to paint, inexpensive, and greatly improves aesthetics, waterproofness, and workability. [Example] Below, an example of the exterior wall repair method according to the present invention will be explained in detail using drawings. Figure 1 shows the present invention. It is a perspective view showing a house (mortar wall) in which the exterior wall repair method related to the above is implemented. In the diagram, A is the house, and the top is the existing external wall itself, which is made of one type of material such as ALC, mortar, concrete (including concrete), cement board, etc. Note that Figure 1 shows a mortar wall, and if a part of it is cut away, it will look like the structure shown in Figure 2. That is, B is the column, C is the insulation material, and D
is lath, E is a cut edge, F is a caulking material, and the stem is a new coating.As shown in Figure 3, the existing coating (not shown) that was applied to the existing exterior wall itself was removed, and then It is an easily peelable film-like coating formed on the surface 6 of the exposed mortar wall itself 5. To explain further, the new coating film stem consists of a base/release layer (hereinafter simply referred to as release layer 3) and a top coating film (hereinafter simply referred to as coating film 4). The above-mentioned peeling layer 3 is applied in liquid form to the surface 6 from which dust has been removed after removing the existing decorative coating (not shown) by polishing or the like, and then gradually hardening, and finally the coating film is 5 to 50 days thick. The main raw material is a synthetic resin that is flexible and can be peeled off in the form of a film. Raw materials include paints made by craft polymerizing acrylic monomers with an epoxy resin backbone, vinyl acetate paints, water-based saturated polyesters, alkyd paints, acrylic polymers,
Vinylidene fluoride hexafluorobropene paint, acrylic lacquer, melamine, polystyrene,
ABS, vinyl chloride, melamine, polypropylene, cellulose acetate, ethylene, propylene, butadiene rubber,
Examples include cellulose acetate. Note that it is also possible to interpose a sealer or a layer of a treatment material whose adhesiveness deteriorates over time due to its viscosity as appropriate, between the surface 6 on the existing outer wall itself and the peeling layer 3. Further, the coating film 4 may be any commercially available paint, and approximately 5
Apply only ~20 fruit clons. Of course, after application, the manufacturing time can be shortened by drying at room temperature or by forced drying. The color does not matter if the release layer 3 is transparent, but if it is colored, it should be applied with concealment in mind. Next, we will briefly explain the exterior wall repair method.

First, the decorative membrane on all the existing outer walls of the house shown in FIG. 1 is removed, the mortar walls 5 are exposed by polishing, etc., and all dust is removed. Next, a vinyl acetate-based peeling layer 3 is applied to the surface 6 of the existing exterior wall to a thickness of about 50 microns using a spray gun (not shown), and after drying and curing to form a fusillum, a polyester resin-based paint is applied. Apply it, dry it, shape the coating film 4, and start a new coating II! Shape J2. Weather resistance acceleration test of the new coating film formed in this way-24}

At this time, the main part of the coating became a film and could be peeled off. Therefore, the surface 6 on the existing outer wall itself is exposed, and in order to form a new coating film -2-d on it again, it is sufficient to apply the new coating film -2- directly to the surface 6 in the same manner as above. It is.

What has been described above is only one example of the exterior wall repair method according to the present invention, and it is possible to use only one layer of the new coating film 2- to serve as both the peeling layer 3 and the coating film 4, It is also possible to form a one-layer or two-layer exfoliation N3 with the addition of shellfish powder. Of course, it is also possible to attach a polyethylene film and a polyethylene film, and then blow warm air thereon to attach them together.

■Waterproofing can be achieved by covering the entire existing exterior wall with a film-like coating. ■Repainting of existing exterior walls becomes extremely short. That is, it is only necessary to peel off the previous paint film, making it easy to remove the previous paint. ■Since the peeling layer eliminates the hiding of the paint film on the existing exterior wall, the color of the paint film can be freely selected and a beautiful appearance can be achieved.
