Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform temp. control of a plurality of heat generating elements on a batch operation basis by comparing an output signals and set temp. signals of a selecting device being connected with a plurality of temp. detectors and perform ON/ OFF operations of an electric current limiters. CONSTITUTION:A temp. detector 3 which outputs temp. signal in accordance with a generated temp. and a selecting device 5 which outputs temp. signals outputted from a plurality of temp. detectors 3 with time intervals of preset time length sequentially, are connected to a plurality of heat generating elements 1 each having a plurality of heat generating parts 1a respectively. Further, the signals selected by the above selecting device 5 and the set temp. signals inputted by a temp. setting device 9 are compared with each other, and a comparator 7 which outputs the compared signals is connected to a current limiter 11 which serves as a switching means. In this way, when a selected signal outputted from the selecting device 5 shows a temp. value higher than the set temp. signal, the selecting device 5 outputs a signal commanding the current limiter 11 to be OFF, and if said compared signal is contrary to the above, a signal commands the current limiter to be ON. As a result, a plurality of heat generating elements 1 are enabled to perform ON/OFF operations of a current on a batch basis.

[Prior Art] Some conventional temperature control devices for electric floor heating include a heat generating element installed on the floor surface of a room and heating the room while controlling the temperature of the heat generating element. The heating element incorporates a heating section such as a heater wire. The heating element requires a large area because it is installed to fit the area of the floor in the room. For this reason, the heat generating element is constructed by combining a plurality of heat generating elements formed in a panel shape on the floor of the room. Each heat generating element is usually a combination of standardized heat generating elements having a size equivalent to one tatami mat and is installed on the floor. Among the heat generating elements, the negative heat generating elements have a heat generating part and a temperature detection part for detecting the temperature of the heat generating part incorporated therein.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned electric heating control device in which the temperature detection section is incorporated in the main panel, the temperature detection section only detects the temperature of the main panel. In other words,
If the other sub-panels are covered with a futon or the like, the temperature of that part will continue to rise because the sub-panels do not have temperature detection parts, creating a risk of fire or the like.

Also, if you place a futon directly on top of the child panel, the futon on top of the child panel will become hot and difficult to use.On the other hand, if you place a futon on top of the parent panel, the temperature sensor will Since the temperature is detected, the temperature of each child panel drops, causing problems with indoor heating.

On the other hand, in the above-mentioned electric heating device in which a temperature detection section is built into each heat generating element, the shape of the temperature controller with a built-in temperature control device is limited because it requires temperature control circuits for the number of heat generating elements. In addition to increasing the size, the manufacturing cost also increases.
