Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate introduction of the outside air into a space under the floor, thereby to execute ventilation under the floor positively and efficiently and to improve the appearance by a method wherein an outdoor device for an air-conditioner is disposed inside a ventilation port for the ventilation under the floor and thereby air under the floor is exhausted forcedly outdoors. CONSTITUTION:When an outdoor device 1 is operated, air under the floor is exhausted forcedly outdoors from a ventilation port 4a by a blowing operation of a fan of the outdoor device 1. The air exhausted then is supplied sequentially through partitions 5 under the floor and the outdoor device 1 performs an operation of sucking this air supplied sequentially under the floor. In accordance with the quantity of this exhaustion, the outside air is introduced into a space under the floor through ventilation ports 4b and 4c and thereby ventilation under the floor is made. When the ventilation ports 4b and 4c are so disposed as to face the sunny south side where the degree of dryness is relatively high while the ventilation port 4a is so disposed as to face the north side to the contrary, accordingly, the damp air under the floor is replaced sequentially by dry air and the dry air is always filled up under the floor. Besides, the outdoor device 1 is not seen from outdoors and thus the appearance is improved.

Furthermore, conventionally, since the air under the floor tends to be humid, a plurality of ventilation holes (4) are provided in the outer wall of the base (3) in order to prevent this through ventilation. Dry outdoor air is introduced into the underfloor through these vents (4), and humid air within the underfloor is discharged outdoors.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional arrangement of the outdoor unit (1) as described above, the outdoor unit (1) was completely visible from outside, and did not look good. For this reason, it has been considered to arrange the outdoor unit (1) in a position that cannot be seen from outside. For example, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 63-83528, Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-9
There are techniques described in No. 7134 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-109733. However, in all of these systems, the outdoor unit (1) is installed under the floor, and although the appearance is improved, the installation structure is complicated, or the outdoor unit (1) is installed under the floor. Therefore, the entire device had a large-scale structure.

Moreover, the conventional underfloor ventilation system simply provided a plurality of ventilation openings (4) and relied on natural ventilation from these ventilation openings (4). For this reason, highly efficient underfloor ventilation could not be expected. Additionally, in order to force ventilation under the floor, special ventilation equipment had to be used, which was uneconomical.

(7) is an additional ventilation opening that will be added as needed. Further, in this embodiment, an outdoor unit (1) for an air conditioner is disposed inside the floor under the ventilation opening A (4a), and this outdoor unit (1) is not directly visible from outside. Note that it is preferable to adopt a thin type of outdoor unit (1).

In the underfloor ventilation system with this configuration, when the outdoor unit (1) is operated, the air inside the underfloor is forced outdoors through ventilation port A (4a) by the blowing action of the fan built into the outdoor unit (1). is exhausted. This exhausted air is the air that is sequentially supplied through each underfloor partition (5), and is the air that is supplied sequentially through each underfloor partition (5).
) simultaneously performs the function of sucking the air under these floors. Depending on this exhaust volume, ventilation holes B and C (4b
) (4c), outside air is introduced. In this way, the space under the floor is ventilated. Therefore, for example, ventilation holes B, C (4b), and (4c) are placed facing the south side of the sun where the degree of dryness is relatively high, and conversely, ventilation hole A (4a) is placed facing the north side. If installed, the humid air under the floor will be sequentially ventilated with dry ventilation. As a result, the space under the floor is always filled with dry air, which prevents the space under the floor from becoming damp.

As mentioned above, the underfloor ventilation system of this embodiment has a plurality of ventilation openings (4) arranged in the outer wall of the foundation (3) surrounding the underfloor, and the air introduced through the ventilation openings (4) is Under the floor is ventilated (a through hole (6) is provided in the under floor partition (5), and in order to forcibly exhaust the air under the floor to the outdoors, an air conditioner is installed inside the under floor of the ventilation hole (4). The outdoor unit (1) is installed.

Therefore, by operating the outdoor unit (1) for the air conditioner appropriately, the air under the floor can be forcibly exhausted to the outdoors and the introduction of outside air into the underfloor can be promoted. This can be done proactively and improves ventilation efficiency under the floor.

Moreover, it is extremely economical because it can be done using a normal outdoor unit (1) without using a dedicated arousal device as in the past. Furthermore, the space under the floor can be effectively utilized, and the outdoor unit (1) is not directly visible from outside, so the appearance is good.

By the way, in the above embodiment, only the case where the air conditioner is operated has been explained, but even when the air conditioner is not operated, that is, even when the outdoor unit (1) is not operated, the ventilation opening A Natural exhaust is performed from (4a), and natural ventilation similar to the conventional method is performed. Further, in order to further promote natural ventilation in this case, an additional ventilation opening (7) may be provided.

A shutter is installed on this additional ventilation opening (7), and the shutter is closed when the outdoor unit (1) is in operation, and is opened only when the outdoor unit (1) is not in operation. With this configuration, efficient underfloor ventilation is possible both when the outdoor unit (1) is in operation and when it is stopped. In other words, when the outdoor unit (1) is in operation, exhaust is exhausted from the ventilation port A (4a), while when the outdoor unit (1) is not in operation, exhaust is exhausted from the additional ventilation opening (7). This is because it will be done. However, even if the additional ventilation opening (7) is not installed, if the air conditioner is not operated, if the configuration is configured so that only the fan of the outdoor unit (1) is operated, the underfloor air can be reduced as explained above. Active ventilation can be implemented.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the underfloor ventilation system of the present invention has an outdoor unit for an air conditioner disposed under the inside of the ventilation opening for underfloor ventilation, and forcibly exhausts the air under the floor to the outdoors. This simple configuration promotes the introduction of outside air into the underfloor area, making it possible to actively and efficiently ventilate the underfloor area without using special ventilation equipment, making it extremely economical. At the same time, the area under the floor can be used effectively, the outdoor unit is not directly visible from outside, and the exterior looks good.
