Depending on the amount of descent, the slats can be freely adjusted between a fully closed state in which adjacent slats touch each other and a temporarily closed state in which they are separated by an appropriate distance, allowing for lighting and ventilation as needed. There is something I did. However, in this case, if the slats in the middle are damaged for some reason, the damaged slats cannot be replaced unless they are removed one after the other, starting with the upper slats. Maintenance, inspection, etc. are extremely complicated and troublesome, and are virtually impossible.

ある。[Means for solving the problem] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was devised for the purpose of providing a slat coupling device that can eliminate these drawbacks. It is a rectangular thin plate-shaped connector that is inserted through and attached to upper and lower insertion holes formed in the upper and lower parts of the connector. The half part has upper and lower locking pieces that face one side of the connecting tool and clamp the edge of the lower insertion hole of the slat from above and below to fix the connecting tool to the slat. , facing the side opposite to the side where these locking pieces are formed, is folded back into a hook shape to engage with the engagement hole of the connecting tool attached to the lower slat in a vertically movable state. and an engaging piece whose folded and bent portion protrudes downward from the lower insertion hole and whose folded tip is located inside the slat, and further includes a folded tip of the engagement piece whose tip is opposite to the above. It is formed in an expanded shape so as to substantially contact the inner wall of the slat on the surface side, and its tip position is lower than the upper end position of the engagement hole when the engagement hole is relatively moved to the upper limit position within the range of the engagement hole. It is characterized by being set as follows.

うになつている。 On the other hand, the connector 4 is manufactured in this embodiment using a rectangular metal thin plate as a base material, and a pair of elongated engagement holes 5 on the left and right are bored in the upper half of the connector 4. It is set up. Further, in the lower half of the connector 4, an engaging piece 6 is folded back and bent into a hook shape so as to face one side of the connector 4 so as to be able to engage with each of the engagement holes 5. However, at a central position sandwiched between the left and right engaging pieces 6, there is a locking piece 7 for preventing the locking member from coming off, which protrudes so as to face the side opposite to the engaging piece 6, and faces the locking piece 7 in side view. A locking piece 8 is formed which is folded back and bent as shown in FIG. Then, the connecting tool 4 is inserted into the insertion holes 2 and 3 of the slat 1 from below until the locking piece 7 comes into sliding contact with the bottom plate 1a, bends in an elastic shape, and the tip exceeds the bottom plate 1a. Then, the tip of the locking piece 7 located inside the slat 1 and the tip of the locking piece 8 located outside the slat 1 lock the bottom plate 1a, which is the edge of the lower insertion hole 3, from above and below. As a result, the connecting tool 4 is fixedly attached to the slat 1, and in this state, the engaging hole 5 projects upward from the upper insertion hole 2.

つている。 On the other hand, the engagement piece 6 is such that the connecting tool 4 is attached to the slat 1.
When the engagement piece 6 is fixed to the slat 1, the folded bent portion 6b of the engagement piece 6 protrudes downward from the lower insertion hole 3, but the folded tip 6c of the engagement piece 6 is attached to the slat 1.
It is formed in a widening shape toward the slat inner wall 1b on the opposite side from the side where the locking pieces 7 and 8 are formed,
The tip thereof is set to substantially abut against the slat inner wall 1b. In this state, the engaging piece 6 of the connecting tool 4 secured to the upper slat 1 is loosely fitted into the engaging hole 5 of the connecting tool 4 also secured to the lower slat 1, as will be described later. In this locked and connected state, both the upper and lower slats 1 will move vertically relative to each other within the range of the engagement hole 5, but when the slats move relative to each other to the upper limit position, the slats 1 will be locked and connected. The upper edge of the matching hole 5 is the engagement piece tip 6
It is set to be located above the tip position of a. Then, the upper end of the connector of the lower slat 1 is connected to the folded portion 6a of the engagement piece 6 of the upper connector 4.
By inserting the lower connector 4 into the lower insertion hole 3 of the upper slat 1 along the outer surface of the lower connector 4 until the upper edge of the engagement hole 5 just exceeds the tip of the engagement piece 6, The engagement piece 6 engages with the engagement hole 5 in a state where it can move vertically relative to each other, and thereby the adjacent slats 1 are connected by the connector 4, and the lower slat 1 The slats 1 move up and down relative to the upper slat 1 by a stroke corresponding to the length of the engagement hole 5, and the slats 1 are in a fully closed state in which adjacent slats 1 are in contact with each other, and in a temporarily closed state in which they are separated by a predetermined distance. It is now possible to manipulate the transformation.

とによつて全閉状態となる。 In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, in order to assemble the shutter curtain, the connectors 4 are respectively fastened to the slats 1 as described above, and then the connectors 4 of the lower slat 1 are attached. The engagement holes 5 can be sequentially formed by engaging the engagement pieces 6 of the connector 4 of the upper slat 1, and the shutter curtain formed in this way can be used to construct an architectural shutter. It is something that can be configured. When the shutter curtain stops descending when the seat plate (not shown) provided at the lowest end of the shutter curtain is just in contact with the floor surface, all of the adjacent slats 1 of the shutter curtain are in a predetermined position. They will be closed in a temporarily closed state with a certain distance between them, allowing daylight and ventilation. As the shutter curtain further descends, the gaps between the lower slats 1 are gradually closed, and finally, by eliminating all the gaps, the shutter curtain becomes fully closed.

From there, a tool 9 made of a member such as a metal piece that can be inserted into the lower insertion hole 3 is inserted between the engagement piece 6 of the upper connector 4 and the upper end of the lower connector 4 that are in engagement relationship. When the engagement hole 5 is pushed into the insertion hole 3 to a position where the upper edge of the engagement piece 5 exceeds the tip of the engagement piece 6, the engagement piece tip 6a and the upper end of the lower connector 4 are separated by the tool 9. If the lower slat 1 is pulled downward in this state, the lower slat 1 can be easily separated from the upper slat 1.

抜いて取り出すことができる。 After the slat 1 to be replaced is further removed from the adjacent lower slat 1 in this way, a new slat 1 is connected to the upper and lower slats 1 in the same manner as when assembling the shutter curtain, thereby preventing damage again. It can be used as a shutter curtain without. If necessary, the connecting tool 4 can be removed from the replaced slat 1. To do this, insert the tool 9 from the upper insertion hole 2, forcefully push the locking piece 7 away from the bottom plate 1a. By removing it, the connector 4 can be pulled out from the slat 1 and taken out.

たりするような不都合は全くないものである。 In this manner, in the present invention, adjacent slats are connected via the connector 4 so as to be freely releasable and detachable, and the slat 1 can be replaced extremely quickly and easily. Moreover, although the slats 1 can be easily attached and detached in this way, in the normal case where the slats are connected, the tip of the engagement piece 6 almost comes into contact with the inner wall of the slat 1. Since it expands outward to achieve a sealed state, even if the upper edge of the engagement hole 5 exceeds the tip of the engagement piece 6 when the engagement hole 5 is fully closed, the engagement hole 5 will close to the engagement piece 6. This ensures that the slat 1 does not come off easily from the slat 6, and therefore there is no inconvenience such as the slat 1 accidentally coming off.

おこなうことができる。[Operations and Effects] In summary, since the present invention is constructed as described above, adjacent slats can be adjusted to a fully closed state in which they are in contact with each other, and a temporarily closed state in which they are separated by a predetermined interval. Even when the shutter curtain is lowered, ventilation and lighting can be provided as needed, but if the slats break in the middle and you want to replace them. In this case, the tip of the engagement piece of the upper connector is located lower than the upper edge of the engagement hole of the lower connector, so the plate-shaped tool can be used to separate the upper and lower connectors that are engaged. By pushing it into the lower insertion hole, the upper and lower connectors can be easily disengaged, and all that is left to do is to press down on the lower slat and pull out the lower connector in this state. The upper and lower slats are reliably separated, and the trouble of removing the slats one after the other, as in the past, is no longer necessary, and maintenance and inspections such as slat replacement can be performed extremely quickly and easily. I can do it.

いものにできる。 Moreover, in the present invention, when the slats are relatively moved to the upper limit position so that they can be removed, the tip of the engagement piece of the upper connector is located below the upper edge of the engagement hole of the lower connector. However, the tip of the engagement piece expands outward and is in a sealed state with the tip substantially in contact with the inner wall of the slat, so in the normal connected state, It is possible to reliably prevent the lower coupling tool from coming off the engagement piece of the upper coupling tool, and as a result, prevent the accidental occurrence of the engagement relationship between the engagement hole and the engagement piece being inadvertently released. There is no overlap at all, and adjacent slats are always connected in a detachable and detachable manner, making it highly reliable.
