産業上の利用分野
本発明はAV機器分野に使用するFMモジュレ一夕に関
するものである.
従来の技術
近年FMモジュレー夕は、AV機器の多様化に伴ない、
各種音声信号をFM化し、FM受信機システムで音声の
良い音を聞くいわゆるHi−Fiシステムが開発された
ことから多く用いられている.又、l{A分野において
もドアホーン等いろいろな用途に使用されている,FM
変調するには、キャリア発振器がリアクタンス素子構成
であることが必要であり、L/C発振構成を使用してい
る.発明が解決しようとする課題
しかしこの欅な従来のL/C発振構成ではキャリア周波
数の設定確度及び安定度が悪いと言う課題があった.
そこで本発明はキャリア周波数の設定確度と安定度を高
めることを目的とするものである.課題を解決するため
の手段
そしてこの目的を達成するために本発明は変調信号入力
端子と、この変調信号入力端子にその入力端子が接続さ
れたFM変調器と、このFM変調器の出力端子にその第
1入力端子が接続された混合器と、この混合器の第2入
力端子にその出力端子が接続された局部発振器と、前記
混合器の出力端子に接続されたFM波出力端子とを備え
、前記FM変調器に周波数可変手段を設けるとともに、
このFM変調器のキャリア周波数を、前記局部発振器の

作用
以上の構成とすれば局部発振器のキャリア周波数と調整
が可能なFM変調器のキャリア周波数を混合器で混合す
ることによりFM波出力端子から出力されるキャリア周
波数を決定するので、その設定確度と安定度の高いもの
となる.
実施例
第1図に示すごとく本実施例のFMモジュレー夕は、変
調信号入力端子lと、この変調信号入力端子lにその入
力端子が接続されたFM変調器2と、このFM変調器2
の出力端子にその第1入力端子が接続された混合器3と
、この混合器3の第2入力端子にその出力端子が接続さ
れた局部発振器4と、前記混合器4の出力端子にフィル
ター5を介して接続されたFM波出力端子6とを備え、
前記FM変調器2に周波数可変手段2aを設けるととも
に、このFM変調器2のキ苓リア周波数f.を4〜6M
Hzと、前記局部発振器4のキャリア周波数r0の70
〜90MHzよりも低くしたものである.そして、FM
キャリア周波数fcは、低周波信号f.と高周波信号f
0との差、又は和の信号に設定する,FM変調器2にお
いてはキャリア周波数f,を4〜6MHz程度に設定し
ている.そしてこの周波数に設定すれば、周波数設定確
度は±5KHz以内、周波数安定度も±15KHz以内
に設定することは可能である.局部発振器4においては
キャリア周波数f0を70〜90MHzに設定し、発振
素子には水晶振動子、又は水晶ベースのSAW共振子を
採用すれば安定度は±10KHz以内になる.よって、
キャリア周波数f.とキャリア周波数f0の両信号を混
合器3で混合すると差、又は和の信号が発生し、その信
号をキャリア周波数f.に設定すれば下記の通りなる.

周波数安定度:±5Kセ+±IOK}仕=±25K七上
記の様に非常に高い設定確度と安定度なFM変調された
キャリア周波数を設定することが出来る.差、又は和の
信号周波数については、第2図ごとくフィルター5で目
的の信号だけを取り出せば良い.
尚、混合器3はシンプル・バランスド・ミキサ(SBM
)を用いることによりキャリア周波数r.は抑圧されF
M波出力端子6よりの信号漏れはなくなる.
発明の効果
以上のように本発明は、変調信号入力端子と、この変調
信号入力端子にその入力端子が接続されたFM変調器と
、このFMSiit器の出力端子にその第1入力端子が
接続された混合器と、この混合器の第2入力端子にその
出力端子が接続された局部発振器と、前記混合器の出力
端子に接続されたFM波出力端子とを備え、前記FM,
f:!l器に周波数可変手段を設けるとともに、このF
M変調器のキャリア周波数を、前記局部発振器のキャリ
ア周波数よりも低くしたものである.
したがって、局部発振器のキャリア周波数と調整が可能
なFM変調器のキャリア周波数を混合器で混合すること
によりFM波出力端子から出力されるキャリア周波数を
決定することとなるので、その設定確度と安定度の高い
