This eliminates the risk of inadvertently injuring the tip of a finger and becoming infected with infectious pathogens by storing disposable injection needles in a plastic bag and throwing them away, as was the case in the past. In addition, it has become possible to carry out all processes of medical waste, from transportation to incineration, in a hygienic manner, as well as within hospitals. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the medical waste treatment system of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 4 showing a movable wagon used in the stage of collecting medical waste, a pair of frame supports 1 and 1° each have a structure that can be folded into two from approximately the center. The upper top plate 3 and the lower base plate 4, which can be expanded horizontally, are provided with screws 6 and 4 near their outer ends, respectively.
The shaft is rotatably viewed by ... etc. 2,
2° is a caster attached to the lower end of each frame support 1,1°. The upper top plate 3 and the lower base plate 4 are composed of left and right plate materials 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b having the same size, respectively, and opposing ends where the respective plate materials 3a, 3b or 4a, 4b are butted against each other. There are brackets 7 on both the front and back sides of the
.. 7゜8.8'' are placed opposite each other so as to overlap each other in the front and back direction, and the pair of front and rear movable columns 10.10' and each bracket 8.8゜ of the lower base plate 4 are rotatably fixed with screws 11, etc. In the bracket 7.7' of the upper top plate 3, the screw hole 7a
.. 7b penetrates in the front-rear direction as clearly shown in FIG. A fastener 14 made of a screw with a knob is inserted from the outside into the insertion hole l3 passing through the movable support columns 10 and 10 degrees, and is screwed together with the screw holes 7a and 7b, whereby the upper top plate 3 and the lower base 4 is the movable support 1
Interlock failure occurred at 0.10'. The fastener 14 not only connects the upper top plate 3 and the movable column 10, 10°, but also creates a frictional force between the brackets 7.7° of the left and right plates 3a, 3b by tightening them. By tightening the left and right plates 3a and 3b, a stopper effect is achieved. The left side plate 3a of the upper top plate 3 and the lower base plate 4
The plate material 4b on the right side in FIG.
They are connected by a stay of 15.15° that is rotatable with respect to the axis, so that there is no problem with the overall strength such as lateral vibration. In the illustrated example, the plates 3a and 4b are connected by the stays 15.15 degrees as described above, but the plate materials 3b and 4a may be connected by the stays 15, 15 degrees. When folding a wagon from the unfolded state of use as a stand as shown in Figure 1, use the fastener l.
4, and loosen the left and right plates 3a. 3b
After reducing the frictional force between the brackets 7.7 degrees, when the fasteners 14 are lifted up, the upper top plate 3 will fall due to its own weight.
can be folded in half from the center as shown in Figure 2. At this time, the lower base plate 4 is also connected to the upper top plate 3 and the movable column 10.1.
Since they are connected by 0', their movements are linked by 2
Can be folded in half. Therefore, hold the fastener 14 from the state shown in FIG. The wagon can be folded in half by lifting it up. After folding the wagon in this way, the fastener 14
The folded state can be maintained by tightening the brackets 7 and 7 degrees on the upper top plate 3. Also, when deploying the wagon to use as a stand,
Initially, with the fasteners 14 loosened, tighten the left and right frame supports 1.
1 degree and pull them outward to unfold the upper top plate 3 and lower base plate 4 into a flat plate shape, and then tighten the fasteners 14. In this way, the wagon is assembled as shown in Fig. It can be used in the following usage conditions. In this embodiment, the upper top plate 3 is provided with a waste inlet l6. That is, the waste inlet 16 is formed by cutting out semicircular shapes approximately at the center of the folded portions of the left and right plates 3a and 3b, so that they form a circular shape when unfolded. Further, between the upper point plate 3 and the lower base plate 4, a plastic case 17 is housed in an open and removable manner. FIG. 5 shows this plastic case 17. A plastic cap 19 is removably attached to the upper opening of the plastic case 17 by utilizing the elasticity of the plastic. Medical waste such as disposable syringe needles, gauze, and absorbent cotton, which are inputted from the waste input port 16, are easily accommodated in this plastic case 17, and when the cap 19 is closed, the syringe needles, etc. are removed from the plastic case 17. There is no need to worry about it standing out. Reference numeral 18 denotes a stopper for holding the plastic case 17 in the wagon, which can be opened and closed like a breaker, and allows the plastic case 17 to be stored in and taken out of the wagon. The steps of sealing a plastic case containing medical waste and transporting it to a designated waste disposal site will be explained. In a hospital, once a predetermined amount of medical waste has accumulated in the plastic case 17, the cap 19 may be closed, sealed with a gum tape or the like, and placed in a predetermined storage location within the hospital. Plastic case 1 on a regular basis or in a predetermined amount
7, the waste disposal company transports the plastic case 17 and other wastes such as hypodermic needles, gauze, absorbent cotton, etc. to a designated waste disposal site. At this time, since the medical waste is stored in the plastic case 17, it is possible to prevent liquid leakage and injury due to the injection needle, and it is possible to dispose of it safely and hygienically. At the stage of incinerating the plastic case containing medical waste at a designated waste disposal site, the waste disposal company shall incinerate the entire plastic case containing medical waste at the designated waste disposal site. Bye. 4 Each of the above steps is shown in the flowchart in Figure 6. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the medical waste treatment system of the present invention, unlike the conventional method, disposable injection needles, etc. are stored in a plastic bag and thrown away, and fingertips, etc. are injured by the falling needles. This eliminates the risk of being infected with contagious pathogens.
It has become possible to carry out each process from transporting medical waste to incineration in a hygienic manner, as well as inside the hospital. In addition, patients' leftover food can also be stored in each plastic case used to store medical waste. Since the plastic case, which generates high temperatures when incinerated, is incinerated, it is possible to reliably incinerate not only waste such as water-containing injection needles, gauze, and absorbent cotton, but also patient leftover food.
