きく臭気が大で且つ長時間加熱による成形品変色は避け

架橋剤と併用してトリアリルイソVアヌレートを配合し
架橋密度を上げることで耐熱性をより向上させるζとも
できるものである。充填剤としてはクレーシリカ、炭酸
カルシウム,タルク、水酸化アルミニウム等の無機充墳
剤やガラス繊維、アスベスト、バルブ、木粉等のaIM
k充填剤等を用Aることができる。低収縮剤としての熱
可塑性樹脂、架橋剤、1合開始剤,離型剤、春色剤等に
つlnでは特に限定するものでなく必要に応じて添加す
るものである。かくして得られた不飽和ポリエステル樹
脂成形材料を庄縮成形、押出匝形、トランスファー成形
、射出成形、積層成形して樹脂成形品を得るものである
。次にaIf#t脂或形品を遠赤外線で加熱し、残存ス
チレンモノマー残留* t−in 4以下にして臭気の

混合、混練してなる成形材料を金型温度150℃、成形
庄力250KV′dで加熱加圧して不飽和ポリエステル
樹脂成形品を得、次に該tli.V品を遠赤外線で、実
施例lについては100℃でlθ分間、実施例2につー
ては120℃で10分間加熱し、比較例として熱風循環
炉で、比較例1は100℃で1時間、比較例2は100
℃で2時間、比較例3は120℃で1時間、比較例4は
120℃で2時間、比較例5は150℃で1時間加熱し
