Claims (1)
- 炉の下部に空気室を備え、空気室の上部に、炉
を横断して設けられたガス分散板を介して燃焼室
を備え、この燃焼室内で空気室からガス分散板を
介して供給される燃焼用兼流動化用空気で流動媒
体を流動化させて流動床を形成しこの流動床中で
焼却物を燃焼焼却させる流動床式焼却炉において
、前記ガス分散板にガス分散板冷却用の空冷管を
設けると共に、炉の燃焼排ガスを加熱源とした空
気予熱器を設け、この空気予熱器の被加熱流体入
口と前記ガス分散板の空冷管の空気出口とを第１
の空気管で接続し、空気予熱器の被加熱流体出口
と前記空気室の燃焼用兼流動化用空気供給口とを
第２の空気管で接続し、前記ガス分散板の空冷管
により予熱された空気を空気予熱器により炉の燃
焼排ガスでさらに予熱して燃焼用兼流動化用空気
として使用する構成としたことを特徴とする流動
床式焼却炉。
