Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent granules and powder held and conveyed by a supporting belt and a cover belt from leaking from spaces between both the belts by bringing a roller in contact with a liquid contained in a container into contact with both sides of the supporting belt. CONSTITUTION:A supporting belt 1 and a cover belt 2 are arranged to be opposed to each other so that they can be lapped one over the other, and granules and powder supplied from a hopper 14 are charged from an opening part A and held and conveyed by the overlapped belts 1, 2. On the return side close to a return roller 5b of the supporting belt 1, a roller applicator 15 for applying a liquid on both ends in the crosswise direction of the belt 1 and a liquid containing container 16 are arranged, and the roller applicator 15 is constantly brought into contact with the liquid in the container 16. Thus, the liquid applied on both ends in the crosswise direction of the supporting belt 1 diffuses on the overlapping parts of the belts 1, 2 to form paint films, and thus spaces generated between the belts 1, 2 are closed to prevent the granules and powder held and conveyed between the belts 1, 2 from leaking.

The conveyor device has curved conveyance in a transition section from a horizontal conveyance section that supplies the object to be conveyed to an inclined conveyance section including vertical conveyance, and a transition section from the inclined conveyance section to a horizontal conveyance section that supplies the object to the next process. The structure is such that smooth conveyance can be maintained by providing a section. The object to be conveyed is held between the support belt and the cover belt between the curved conveyance section, the inclined conveyance section, and the curved conveyance section. In the above configuration, the inclined conveyance section is usually configured to be capable of linear conveyance.

However, in the curved conveyance section, a relative speed difference occurs between the two overlapping belts depending on the curvature of the curved conveyance section and the thickness of the belt. For this reason, minute voids are generated at the overlapping portions on both sides in the width direction of the two overlapping belts. Particularly, when the object to be transported is composed of objects with different particle sizes, such as a mixture of coal and powdered coal, or crushed incineration dust, it is said that the objects to be transported with small particle sizes leak outside through the gaps and scatter. There's a problem.

Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above problems, the conveyor device according to the present invention sandwiches the conveyed object by superimposing two belts disposed opposite to each other and conveys the conveyed object including the vertical direction. A conveyor device capable of inclined conveyance includes rollers for depositing a liquid on both sides in the width direction of a belt, and a container for storing the liquid, and the roller is used to deposit the liquid contained in the container. It is arranged so that it is in contact with the belt and in contact with the belt.

Effects> According to the above means, by storing the liquid in the container and providing a roller that comes into contact with the liquid and also contacts the belt, the liquid can be applied to the belt via the roller. When the two belts are polymerized, the liquid adhering to the belt diffuses into the overlapping portion of these belts to form a liquid film. The liquid film can close the voids that occur in the overlapping portions of the belt.

The support belt 1 and the cover belt 2 are formed of belts having the same strength. Furthermore, in the conveyor device having an S-shape as shown in this embodiment, the conveyed object is supplied onto the support belt 1 and is configured to be conveyed to the next process by the support belt 1. For example, when the conveyor device is configured in a C-shape, the conveyed object is supplied onto the support belt 1 and is configured so that it can be conveyed to the next process by the Cacher belt 2. Therefore, the support belt 1 and the cover belt 2 have substantially the same function.

.. Since the rigidity of the roller 2 is high and the trough angle is given by the support roller l1, there are vibrations that generate minute voids. In particular, since relative slippage occurs between the belts 1.2 in each of the curved conveyance sections 9b, 9d, these curved conveyance sections 9b, 9.2. A minute gap is generated in the overlapping portion 13 of the belts 1 and 2 at point d. For this reason, the powder contained in the conveyed object conveyed by the belt 1.2 is scattered to the outside through the gap.

The support belt 1, on which the object to be transported is placed in the center and liquid is attached to both sides in the width direction, is transferred from the horizontal transport section 9a to the first curved transport section 9b, and is overlapped with the cover belt 2. Then, the superposed support belt 1 and cover belt 2 have their transport direction changed by 90 degrees in the first curved transport section 9b, and are introduced into the inclined transport section 9c. Next, the superposed support belt 1 and cover belt 2 are changed in the transport direction by 90 degrees in the second curved transport section 9d,
It is introduced into the horizontal conveyance section 9e. The object to be transported is then supplied to the next process from the end of the horizontal transport section 9e.

Each curved conveyance section 9b, 9 in the conveyance process of the above-mentioned object to be conveyed.
At step d, as shown in FIG. 4, the liquid adhering to both sides of the support belt l in the width direction diffuses into the overlapping portion 13 of the belt 1.2 to form a liquid film 2o. This liquid M20 makes it possible to close the minute gaps generated between the support belt 1 and the cover belt 2 in each curved conveyance section 9b, 9cl.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent powder from leaking in each curved conveyance section 9b, 9d. Further, by applying liquid to both sides of the support belt 1 in a width of about 50 m, when the support belt 1 and the cover belt 2 are superposed, the belt 1.
Even if the internal pressure of the space constituted by 2 increases, the liquid film 20 formed in the overlapping part 13 will not be destroyed, and therefore it is possible to improve the sealing performance in the overlapping part 13. .

In the above embodiment, the liquid was applied to the support belt 1, but it may also be applied to the cover belt 2. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the application roller 15 is arranged near the tail roller 5b and on the return side of the support belt 1, but it may be arranged at another position. However, when applying liquid to the support belt 1 or the cover belt 2, it is easy to do so without providing any troughs to these belts 1.2. Effects of the Invention> As explained in detail above, according to the conveyor device according to the present invention, by storing a liquid in a container and providing a roller that comes into contact with this liquid and comes into contact with a belt,
Liquid can be applied to the belt via this roller. When two belts polymerize, the liquid adhering to the belts diffuses into the overlapping parts of these belts to form a liquid film, and this liquid film can close the voids that occur in the overlapping parts of the belts. Because of this, the particles that make up the transported object are small in size. It has the characteristics that powder, etc. will not leak to the outside from the overlapping part of the belt.
