Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble due to divided winding by setting up a yarn receiving unit, having a slit in the upper part and space for accepting a yarn successively to the slit, and providing feelers respectively in the vicinity of both end parts of the space, before a rewinding package for doubling two yarns to be rewound. CONSTITUTION:Light projectors 4, 5 and light receivers 6, 7 for receiving light from the light projectors 4, 5 are provided respectively in the upper and lower of space 3 in the vicinity of both end parts of the space 3 in the interior of a yarn accepting unit 1. The light projector 4 and the light receiver 6 and the light projector 5 and the light receiver 7 are respectively paired to constitute feelers for detecting a yarn. When the yarn is detected simultaneously by both these feelers, a rewinding device is stopped so as to generate an alarm by judging divided winding. When only either the one yarn is detected, the two yarns are wound together on a rewinding package P, and no alarm is generated because of no problem in this case.

Conventionally, winders that combine two threads and wind them into a winding package, and spinning machines that wind double threads are known.
To perform splicing using these devices, the yarns unwound from the package are separated into individual yarns, fed into the splicing device in the form of single yarns, and spliced separately.

In conventional devices that wind these two yarns in accordance with the winding package, for some reason the two yarns are wound with a gap between them during winding or immediately after splicing, which is called split winding. A phenomenon known as this may occur. This causes problems such as thread breakage.

This invention detects a defective state in which two yarns separate and run during yarn winding or immediately after yarn splicing in a winder that combines two yarns and winds them, or in a spinning machine that performs double yarn winding. The aim is to provide equipment and prevent such conditions from occurring. Structure of the Invention [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the split winding detection device of the present invention has a winding package P that is installed at the upper part in front of the winding package P that combines and winds two threads. A yarn receiver 1 having a slit 2 and a space 3 for receiving the yarn is installed, and feelers (4) for detecting the yarn are installed near both ends of the space 3.
, 6), and (5, 7) are provided, and when both feelers simultaneously detect the yarn, it is determined that the yarn is split and the machine is stopped and an alarm is issued.

In the split winding detection device configured as above,
In a winder that combines and winds two yarns or a spinning machine that takes up two yarns, the yarn is guided through the space 3 of the yarn receiver 1 during yarn winding or immediately after yarn splicing, and is separated there. When winding occurs, each thread has its own feeler (
4, 6) or the feeler (5, 7), and stops the wine goo or the winding device of the spinning machine and issues an alarm.

In a winder that combines two yarns and winds them, or in a winding device in a spinning machine that takes up two yarns, a slab catcher detects yarn breakage or yarn defects and automatically cuts the running yarn. Then, a suction pipe (not shown) suctions the yarn end on the yarn feeding side, while the yarn end wound around the package P is unwound and suctioned by the suction mouth 8 as shown in FIG. The yarn is then introduced into a yarn splicing device (not shown). There, each yarn end is spliced separately.

If the cutting position of the running yarn is shifted at this time, the windings after splicing will be cross-wound separately and will not be wound together, so that the two yarns will be wound separately. Note that even during normal winding, the condition of the thread when split winding occurs is the same.

Figure 1 is a diagram showing the state during yarn splicing, but even after yarn splicing, the positional relationship between the two yarns that are being separated and wound and the separation winding detection feeler does not change, so based on this figure, The split winding detection device will now be explained.

Near both ends of the space 3 inside the yarn receiver l, light projectors 4 and 5 are provided above the space 3, and light receivers 6 and 7 that receive light from the light projectors 4 and 5 are provided below. The light projector 4 and the light receiver 6, and the light projector 5 and the light receiver 7 form pairs, respectively, and constitute feelers that detect threads. When both feelers detect the yarn at the same time, it is determined that the yarn is separated, the winding device is stopped, and an alarm is generated. If only one of the threads is detected, it means that the two threads are wound together, and there is no problem in this case, so no alarm is generated.

In other words, in a winder that combines two yarns and winds them, or a spinning machine that takes up two yarns, if the two yarns separate and run when winding the yarn or immediately after splicing, it is a sign of separation. It is immediately detected by the winding detection feeler, the winding device stops, and an alarm is issued.
Failures due to split winding can be prevented, and appropriate and prompt measures can be taken to ensure normal winding.
