、該筒体の内側に熱交換媒体を充填または循環さ
せ、該熱交換媒体で上記被熱交換液を熱交換する
ようにしたことを特徴とするコーヒー等の液体用
熱交換器。 (2) 少なくとも内周に螺旋状溝を備えた外側筒
体を有し、該外側筒体の内側に有底状筒体を内挿
し、該外側筒体と上記有底状筒体とで形成された
螺旋流路内を被熱交換液または熱交換媒体が流れ
るように形成し、また、該有底状筒体内に、上記
螺旋流路内を流れる液体と逆の熱交換媒体または
被熱交換液を充填もしくは循環供給できるように
形成した請求項１に記載のコーヒー等の液体用熱
交換器。 (3) 有底状筒体の内側に仕切り筒体を配設する
と共に、該仕切り筒体と該有底状筒体とが形成す
る熱交換媒体流路内に該熱交換媒体を熱交換させ
る熱媒熱交換用媒体を循環供給するためのパイプ
