一の流体と第二の流体との間で熱交換を行う熱交
換室を形成するコアと、ハウジング内でコアの端
部に結合されかつ第二の流体の流入外側室と流出
外側室とを分離する仕切プレートとを有する熱交
換器において、仕切プレートにコアの端部からコ
ア軸線にほぼ平行に起立する周側壁を設け、周側
壁の先端から外側へ部分的に折返しシール部を屈
曲させて周側壁の起立長さにほぼ等しい長さで突
出させて、折返しシール部をハウジングの内面に
