Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a flat cable capable of being connected to plug devices such as connectors in the same manner as those of conventional type by arranging a flat cable of a rectangular cross section containing wires coated with insulator and ground wire, and a flat cable containing conventional wires side by side and adhering then at appropriate positions along the length of the cables. CONSTITUTION:A cable comprises a first single flat cable 1 containing coaxial shielded wires made by shielding insulated wires and a ground wire, and a second and a third single flat cables 2 and 3 respectively containing two or three lines of conventional wires. These three flat cables 1-3 are arranged parallel to each other on a plane and joined together at both ends and at appropriate positions in the middle by melting, adhering or taping to make an integral body of a flat cable. The joined portion may be used for connecting terminal as it is to plug devices such as connectors or press contact terminals.

[Prior Art] A flat electric wire in which a plurality of flat electric wires covered with an insulator with a rectangular cross section are arranged in parallel and fixed to each other at appropriate points in the longitudinal force direction is widely known and has been practically used, for example. nu No. 63-174117, No. 63-187224
It is presented in each publication. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the conventional flat t! li is composed of a single type of flat electric wire. Therefore, for example, only a normal frequency signal or a high frequency signal can be sent, and it is completely impossible to send a variety of signals using a single flat wire. The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and provides a flat electric wire that can send a variety of signals and that can be connected by pressing, crimping, or inserting each conductor wire at once. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a flat electric wire in which a plurality of flat electric wires covered with an insulator having a rectangular cross section are arranged in parallel and are fixed to each other at appropriate locations in the longitudinal direction. , the single flat electric wire has at least one covered conductor wire arranged at a predetermined interval and one ground wire covered with a shielding layer, and is further covered with an insulator having a rectangular cross section. As a means to solve the above problem, the present invention has a structure consisting of at least two conductive wires arranged at a predetermined interval and a single flat electric wire covered with an insulator having a rectangular cross section. [Function] A single flat electric wire consisting of an insulated conductor, a ground wire, and a shielding layer and a single flat electric wire consisting of a normal conductor are appropriately selected and combined, arranged in parallel, and welded to each other at appropriate locations in the longitudinal direction. By sticking together, a flat wire is formed in which at least two types of flat wire conductors coexist. [Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 5 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a first single flat electric wire l including a coaxial shielding signal line and a ground wire in which an insulated conductive wire is wrapped with a shielding layer, and two or It consists of a second and third flat electric wire unit 2.3 containing three ordinary conducting wires. As shown in FIG. 2, the first flat electric wire 1 consists of a covered conductor I6 formed by covering a conductor I1 with an insulator l3 made of an insulating material such as polyvinyl chloride, and a ground wire l2 at a predetermined distance P. These are placed in parallel with each other and covered vertically with a shielding layer l4 formed of a metal tape such as aluminum, and further covered with a rectangular cross-section made of an insulating material such as polyvinyl chloride. It is an elliptical conductor covered with an insulator I5 of
6 and the ground IIIA+2 and the insulator facing outside of them +5a, 15b have a distance of P/2. In addition, the second and third flat electric wires 2,
3 are two and three conductive wires 21.3 with a predetermined spacing P as shown in FIG. 3.4. 21 and 31.31.
31 are arranged parallel to each other and have a rectangular cross section and are made of an insulating material such as polyvinyl chloride. 32, and the conducting wire 21. 21 as well as conducting wires 31 located on both sides. 31 and an insulator 22 facing the outside thereof. 32 respective outer bodies 22a, 22b
and 32a, 32b have a distance of P/2. These three types of single flat electric wires 1, 2.3 are arranged in parallel on one plane, and are fused, glued, or integrated with an adhesive such as adhesive tape or the like at both ends and at a suitable place in the middle. to form a flat electric wire. This embodiment can be connected to the conductor 11 by inserting a pressure contact terminal in the same way as a conventional flat electric wire, or by peeling off the insulating layer 13, insulator 15, and insulator 22, 32 at the end as shown in FIG. Exposing the ground wire l2 and conductive wires 21 and 3l by a predetermined length, insert it into a plug such as an outlet,
Alternatively, it can be connected by crimping it onto a crimp terminal. According to this embodiment, the single flat electric wires 1, 2, and 3 are arranged in parallel and fixed to each other at appropriate positions in the longitudinal direction, so that the fixed parts can be used as connection terminals and can be used as plugs such as connectors. It is extremely easy to form flat wires that can be connected all at once to insulation displacement terminals, etc. In particular, in this embodiment, the conductor 1l and the ground wire 12
and conducting wires 21, 21, 31, 31. 31 are all arranged at equal intervals (P), so it can be easily and reliably connected to an insert tool such as a ready-made connector. In addition, in the single flat electric wire 1, the distance between the conductor II and the ground wire l2 can be freely changed, and at the same time, the second
Third flat electric wire 2.3 conductor 21. Since the spacing between wires 31 and 31 can be set arbitrarily, it is also possible to easily change the insulation resistance between each wire while maintaining the same value. Note that the numbers and combinations of the single flat electric wires 1, 2, and 3 in the above embodiments are merely examples, and a desired flat electric wire can be formed by arranging an appropriate number at appropriate positions. Further, the configuration of the single flat electric wire l, 2.3 itself is not limited to this, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, covered conductor wires 16.
16 to be suitable for stereo circuits of audio equipment, or as shown in FIG. 7, a peeling layer 25 is provided around the conductor 2l for easy exposure. By selecting them appropriately according to the purpose of use, it is possible to form flat electric wires that can send a wide variety of signals. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention having the above configuration, a single flat electric wire including a covered conductor covered with an insulator having a rectangular cross section and a ground wire, and a single flat electric wire including a normal conductor are connected in parallel. Because they are arranged and fixed to each other at appropriate points in the longitudinal direction, they can be handled in the same way as conventional flat wires and connected to plugs such as connectors, making them extremely convenient. In addition, coaxial signal lines, which are coated conductors wrapped in a shielding layer, are suitable for transmitting high-frequency signals, while ordinary conductors are suitable for transmitting low-frequency signals.
By appropriately combining single flat electric wires containing these, it is possible to simultaneously send a variety of signals, and it can be used for a wide range of purposes.
