As described in the publication, a structure in which the male and female type connecting parts are actually connected, and a bolt is passed through the surface of the connecting part and fixed to the base via a nut, or ■ Japanese Utility Model No. 64-449
As shown in Publication No. 06, the structure was such that a cover plate with an inverted T-shaped cross section was interposed on the back side of the male and female connecting structure. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in (2), the head of the fixing device is exposed to the outside, so there are disadvantages in that the waterproofness, corrosion resistance, and design of the outside are inferior. There was also a problem with fire resistance. Furthermore, in order to solve this weak point in fire resistance, it has been considered to interpose a cover plate on the back side to prevent the infiltration of flames and hot air, as described in (2) above, but it is difficult to install a cover plate. This was a time-consuming process, and errors in the installation of cover plates due to layout had a negative impact on the overall appearance of the wall. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms a panel from a core material made of resin foam between a metal surface material and a metal back material, and A reinforcing piece is formed on one edge in the width direction of the back panel material, and both end faces of the panel are brought into contact with each other, and the panel is fixed by being placed on the reinforcing piece, and the joints between the panels are fixed. A water-repellent joint material is continuously planted in the joint area, and a large number of

(hereinafter simply referred to as a surface material), a core material 7 having a hat-shaped cross section formed on the back surface of the surface material, and a metal back material covering at least the back surface in the longitudinal direction of the core material 7! (hereinafter simply referred to as the backing material) is formed into a sand inch structure. To explain further, the surface material and the back material are made of metal materials such as Aj2, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Type 1 steel sheets such as zinc alloy plated steel sheets, colored steel sheets, clad steel sheets, damping steel sheets (sand inch steel sheets), and fluorine-coated steel sheets are formed by roll forming, press working, extrusion forming, etc. That is, on the surface material, there is a long decorative surface 2, a side wall 3 bent with both edges of the decorative surface 2 downward, perpendicular to the decorative surface 2, or inwardly or outwardly; A protruding piece 4 whose lower end is bent outward and extended; a joint cover fixture guide part 5 whose tip is bent upwardly or downwardly (hereinafter simply referred to as a guide part); and an end of the guide part 5. It is constructed from a side piece 6 whose edge is bent vertically downward. The guide portion 5, as shown in FIG. 1, serves as a guide when installing a joint cover fixture C as shown in FIG. 3, which has a stabilizing piece l6 in the center. In addition, the side piece 6 prevents the core material 7 from leaking to the guide portion 5 and the surface side of the protruding piece 4 when filling the raw material for the core material 7, and also makes the side edge of the panel A straight, and This is to bring the A's into contact with each other without any gaps. Furthermore, the guide portion 5 and the side piece 6 also function as reinforcement for the panel A itself. Also, the length on the surface material is 400
Approximately 0 to 10,000mm, width W+ (width of decorative surface 2) is 40
Approximately 0 to 900 mm, total width Ws is approximately 450 to 1200 mm, and width W from the edge of side wall 3 to side piece 6 is 20 to 100 mm.
mm, the height H1 from the decorative surface 2 to the protruding piece 4 is 10~
It is about 100mm. The core material 7 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a sound absorbing material, a buffering material, or a fireproofing material. The materials include polyisocyanurate foam, polyurethane foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, one of these with flame retardants and flame retardant additives added, or a laminate of one or more of these, or mineral fiber. It consists of a laminated structure in which one or more layers of inorganic or shaped bodies are interposed. The core material 7 is made by discharging a raw material onto the back surface of the surface material and integrating it with a mold structure, or by integrating the precept-shaped body with an adhesive. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the back material 8 mainly covers the back surface of the core material 7 and has the functions of reinforcing material, waterproof material, moisture proof material, and fireproofing material, and the core material 7 comes into direct contact with the body α. It serves as an isolating material to prevent In addition, the shape of the back material d is such that one end edge in the width direction has a reinforcing piece 9 that protrudes outward from the side piece 6 on the surface material, and a protrusion 10 that protrudes upward from the tip of the reinforcing piece 9. A side piece 11 is formed by bending the end of the reinforcing piece 9 upward, and the other end has a notch 12 bent in substantially the same shape as the reinforcing piece 9, and a side piece 11 with the tip of the notch 12 bent upward. A piece 13 is formed. To explain in more detail, the cutouts 12 are for storing the reinforcing pieces 9 and preventing steps and gaps from forming between the panels A when the panels A are connected as shown in FIG. At the same time, the joints E between the panels A and the joints of the panels A on the back side are shifted, and the reinforcing pieces 9 function as floorboards, thereby greatly improving fireproofing and waterproofing properties. Further, once the back material is made, if the width between the side pieces 11 and 13 is W4, the length of the reinforcing piece 9 is Wi, and the width of the notch l2 is W-, then the relationship is Wg = W4, Ws = W-. . As shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable that the backing material 1 be formed so as not to come into contact with the top surface material, and to be formed so that the main backing material does not form a thermal bridge on the top surface material.
