After excavating the ground 1 to the required depth and constructing the foundation 2 underground for the underground beam construction section, underground Yanagawa formwork 3 is erected and concrete is poured, and after curing, the formwork 3 is removed. Then, underground beams 4 are constructed at predetermined intervals, and then slab formwork 5 is placed and supported in the horizontal direction between each of the underground beams 4, and concrete is poured onto the slab formwork 5. Slab 6 is then constructed.

This has the advantage of being able to support the slab formwork 5 easily and quickly, resulting in excellent workability. However, on the other hand, in order to recover the expensive supporting hardware 1 after slab construction, It is necessary to provide a post-cast opening in a part of the middle beam 4 or the slab 6, and the construction is difficult.

。In addition, in the case of method (■), after constructing the underground 134, it is necessary to create an extra embankment passage in order to pass large heavy machinery over the underground beam 4, and when backfilling the soil, it is necessary to break this while filling. It is necessary to perform backfilling, and the work efficiency is poor because workers have to do it manually in small spaces. Also, when working in urban areas, it is difficult to obtain soil for backfilling, and securing soil for backfilling requires high construction costs. It is expensive, and furthermore, it requires time-consuming work such as water tightening to compact the backfilled soil.

Although the amount of foamed steel can be reduced, it has the disadvantage of having to insert foamed steel blocks between the four underground beams.

Balloon-shaped blocks made of clay are spread between the underground beams, and the upper surfaces are flattened and slab formwork is laid out on top of them, so that the slab formwork is supported by being pushed onto the balloon-like blocks. The balloon-shaped blocks will be prepared in different sizes and laid out without any gaps, and the balloon-shaped blocks will be deformed and packed while adjusting the amount of air inside as appropriate.

The container needs to be strong enough not to break, but if it is made of plastic, it can be manufactured at low cost, so there is no need to collect it. When laying the blocks, the balloon-shaped blocks can be deformed by adjusting the air pressure inside, so they can be packed into any area and spread evenly with ease.

A is molded as shown in Fig. 2, and air is blown into the container 9a to pressurize it to make it into a balloon shape. The air pressure can be adjusted by letting the air out, and by lowering the internal air pressure, the entire structure can be deformed by external pressure.

As shown in FIG. 1, a large number of balloon-shaped blocks 9 are spread uniformly and stacked in a required number of layers so that the top surface of the top layer is equal to the top surface of the underground beam 4. At this time, the balloon-shaped blocks 9 are prepared in advance in various sizes such as cubes and rectangular parallelepipeds, and if there is a gap when laying the blocks between the underground beams 4, use balloons that match the size of the gap. In addition, if there is no balloon-shaped block 9 with a thick size that fits the gap, the balloon-shaped block itself is deformed and set by adjusting the internal air pressure. Even when stacking a large number of balloon-like blocks 9 upward and raising the upper surface level at the top stage, the sizes of the balloon-like blocks 9 to be spread are selected and the internal air pressure is adjusted while setting.

。When the balloon-shaped blocks 9 are spread between the underground beams 4 in this way, the slab formwork 5 is laid on the upper surface thereof, and the slab formwork 5 is supported by a large number of balloon-like blocks 9. Once the slab formwork 5 is laid out, concrete is placed thereon and on the upper surface of the underground beam 4 to construct the slab 6. After constructing the slab 6, the slab formwork 5 and balloon-shaped blocks 9 are left as they are and buried.

By making the slab formwork 5 freely foldable, workers can easily transport it to the site in the folded state, and when using it, it can be easily made into a cube or rectangular parallelepiped by blowing air into it. The work before supporting can be done easily and quickly, and work efficiency can be improved.

。[Effect of the invention 1 As described above, according to the method for supporting slab formwork of the present invention, blocks made of balloons made by pressurizing air are placed in a container made of plastic or the like and used as a support material for slab formwork. Since the balloon-shaped blocks can be produced relatively inexpensively and can be buried even after the slab is constructed, there is no need to support the slab formwork and collect the slab after constructing it. There is no need to provide post-drill openings in slabs and underground beams, unlike when using conventional support hardware, and the work up to supporting the slab formwork can be done easily and quickly, improving work efficiency. In addition, balloon-shaped blocks can be manufactured in various sizes and can be deformed by adjusting the internal air pressure, so when laying them down, they are not only laid out without any gaps, but are also influenced by the unevenness of the ground. It can be spread evenly without any problems, and in this case, there is no problem of powder scattering that occurs when conventional foamed steel is deformed, and other excellent effects can be achieved.
