発明が解決しようとする課題

上記課題を解決するために本発明(よ 室内側吹き出し

面カバーを樹脂成形品により一体成形したものであム

以下、本発明の実施例を添付図面にもとづいて説明すも
まず、一体型空気調和機における全体構造について説

を規制する波状部11と、底面に据え付け具(図示せず
)を取り付けるレール部12と、 このレール部12の
背面側リブの内側に据え付け具(図示せず)の動きを規
制する波状部l3が設けられていム14はルーバ8によ
り構成された吸い込み部であり、15は吹き出し部であ
も ルーバ8の形状(よ 製品内部にむかって太くなっ
ているクサビ形状でかつ先端は丸くなっていも また外
箱部6の内部に(よ 前記吹き出し部l5のルーバ8を
補強し かつ室内側に飛び出ている縦リブ16と、周知
の冷凍サイクルを構成する凝縮器l7を台枠3に固定す
るためのボス18・19と、室内側と室外側を区画する
室内外仕切板4の上端の両端を固定するボス20と中心
を固定するボス21と凝縮器17の端板22・23と外
箱部3とによる接触音を防止するためのリブ24・25
が端板22・23の上端及び下端に当たるように設けら
れていa次に室内側グリル2に挿入されている基板部7
には 前記ルーバ8の下端より高いリブ26が全周設け
られており、またリブ26の前面側には周知の冷凍サイ
クルを構成する蒸発器52をネジで固定するための穴3
4が設けられていも また基板部7の内部に1よ 周知
の冷凍サイクルを構成する圧縮機27をゴムマウント2
8を介して固定するための2本のボルト29と、ゴムマ
ウント28を支持する円形状のリブ30と、前記室内外
仕切板4の下部を基板部7に位置決めするためのリブ3
lとこのリブ31を介して室内外仕切板4を基板部7に
固定するためのU溝32が設けられていも 次に室外風
回路B (t, 前記吹き出し部l5に対向して前記
凝縮器l7とこの凝縮器l7の熱を放熱するために通風
すると同時に基板部7上の水を飛散させるためのスリン
ガーリングを設けたプロペラファン33と、室内外仕切
板4にネジにより固定されプロペラファン33を駆動す
るファンモータ34とエアガイダー35とファンモータ
34のリード線をカバーするリード線カバー36と圧縮
機27及び配管等によって構成されていa 次に室内外
仕切板4について説明する。この室内外仕切板4は鈑金
部品により作られており、ファンモータ34の取付穴3
7と圧縮機27の逃がし用絞り38とファンモータ34
のリード線逃がし用絞り39とファンモータ34及び圧
縮機27のリード線を室内側の電源板40に通すための
穴41と前記台枠3にネジで固定するための穴42と室
外側への折り曲げ43と据え付け具(図示せず)を固定
するための取付穴44と室内側への折り曲げ45と吹き
出しグリル46のツメ47を係合する切欠き48と基板
部7の上に設置するための折り曲げ49から構成されて
いも 次にエアガイダ−35(友 通風の気密性確保
と水滴飛散防止のため凝縮器17上端を覆っている凝縮
器カバー部50と室内外仕切板4から凝縮器17側へ半
月上に曲がって、かつ下部の一部のみ上方向に曲がって
いるオリフィス51を有している。次に室内側風回路A

られかつ下端を基板部7に係合した蒸発器52とこの蒸
発器52と吸い込み口5の間にエアフィルター53と、
蒸発器52により作られた凝縮水を室外側風回路Bに導
きかつ前記ファンモータ34に取り付けられて蒸発器5
2へ通風するシロツコファン54のエアガイダーを兼ね
た断熱発泡体のシロツコエアガイダ−55と、吹き出し
グリル46と操作表示板56とシロッコファン54の風
の吸い込み口57と蒸発器52の天面カバー58と蒸発
器52の端板上端を固定する係合片59とサーモキャビ
60を固定する溝61とサーモキャピ60付近の風をシ
ロツコファン54に送るための切欠き62と室内外仕切
板4に係合するッメ47を兼ねた吹き出しグリル46と
、この吹き出しグリル46から吹き出した風を変更する
変更羽根63と、電装部品を収納する電源板40と、室
内外仕切板4を越えて室内側へ出てきた圧縮ta2Tを
