Since the insulation material 2 is welded to the waterproof sheet 3 on the inner side of the insulation material 2, the gaps between the plurality of insulation materials are almost completely blocked by these welds. Moisture or the like will not penetrate into the gaps between them, and therefore no condensation will occur inside the heat storage tank or the like.

つた。(Effects of the Invention) (a) As described above, the present invention provides for welding a bonding material separate from the waterproof sheet to the inside of the waterproof sheet to cover the edges of a plurality of heat insulating materials, or This construction method connects the insulation materials by welding the extended portion of the waterproof sheet to the inside waterproof sheet of the adjacent insulation material. As a result, the gap between the joints of the insulation materials is blocked, and as in the past, the gap between the joints of the insulation materials is connected to the inside of the heat storage tank, more specifically between the outer wall and the insulation material. It has achieved the remarkable effect of preventing moisture from penetrating and preventing internal condensation in heat storage tanks and the like.
