以下本発明を換気扇のシヤツタに適用した一実
施例につき図面を参照して説明するに、先ず第1
図に於いて、1はシヤツタの原材である長帯状の
金属板例えば表面に予め塗装処理が施された鋼板
いわゆるカラー鋼板2を巻装した第一のボビン
で、3は裏面に粘着剤4を塗布した例えばポリエ
チレンから成る長帯状の保護シート5を巻装した
第二のボビン、6は同じく裏面に粘着剤7を塗布
した例えばポリエチレンから成る長帯状の保護シ
ート8を巻装した第三のボビンであり、これら第
一及至第三のボビン1,3,6から夫々カラー鋼
板2、保護シート5及び保護シート8を引出して
ローラ9,9により一つに合わせ、以て第2図に
示す如くカラー鋼板2の表裏両面に夫々保護シー
ト5,8を粘着剤4,7によつて貼着せしめ、そ
してそれを第1図に示す第四のボビン10によつ
て巻取る様にしている。尚この場合、カラー鋼板
2の塗装された表面は滑らかであるが、塗装され
ない裏面は滑らかでなく、従つて保護シート5,
8の貼着度合も本来ならば異なるが、この点本実
施例に於いては粘着剤7の粘着力換言すれば裏面
側保護シート8の貼着力を粘着剤4の粘着力換言
すれば表面側保護シート5の貼着力より大きくし
ており、これによつてそれら保護シート5,8の
夫々カラー鋼板2に対する貼着度合を同様に強く
なさしめている。又、それら保護シート5,8は
第3図に示す様にカラー鋼板2の後述するプレス
加工によつて折曲される部分である後述する外枠
への取付用フランジ部2aを除いた幅で設けてお
り、これによつてそのプレス加工時に保護シート
5,8が折曲部から破られたり浮かされたりする
ことのない様にしている。而してカラー鋼板2は
ボビン10から所定長ずつ引出してのプレス加工
によつて上記保護シート5,8を貼着した主体部
及びフランジ部2aを残してそれ以外特に第3図
では2b部分を切取り且つ主体部からフランジ部
2aを折曲して起こし同時に主体部を一枚分宛に
切離して第4図に示す如く成形し、以て換気扇用
のシヤツタ11としている。尚、第5図には換気
扇の全体構成を示していて、同図中12は前記シ
ヤツタ11のフランジ部2aが取付けられる外
枠、13はモータ、14は羽根、15はスピン
ナ、16は化粧枠であり、シヤツタ11は斯かる
換気扇の外枠12の室外側開口部に例えば二枚上
下に分けて夫々開閉可能に枢設せられている。

ー鋼板2には直接付かずこれの裏表両面に貼着せ
しめられている保護シート8,5に付くものであ
り、そこでその保護シート8,5を第6図に示す
如く剥離させれば油塵等の汚れもシヤツタ11か
らそつくり取り除き得るもので、これにより従来
より遥かに容易に掃除ができ、又、隅々まで充分
に即ち確実な掃除ができるものである。そしてこ
の場合、保護シート5,8は本来カラー鋼板2の
プレス時並びにそれ以前からの表面及び裏面の傷
付きを防止するためのものであり、それをそのま
ま利用して剥離させることにより上述の如く掃除
性を向上させ得るというのであるから、合理的
で、経済的にも有利ならしめ得る。加えて、保護
シート5,8はカラー鋼板2の折曲される部分で
あるフランジ部2aを除いて設けているから、前
述のようにプレス加工時に保護シート5,8がそ
の折曲される部分であるフランジ部2aから破ら
れたり浮かされたりすることがないばかりか、特
には保護シート5,8を付着した汚れと共に剥離
する折りに、その折曲された部分であるフランジ
部2aに保護シート5,8を残すことがなく、
又、その折曲された部分との境界部分に破れや浮
き等をやはり生じることもなく、きれいに剥離さ

残さず、又、その取付用フランジ部との境界部分
に破れや浮き等をやはり生じることもなく、きれ
いに剥離させることができるという優れた効果を
奏する換気装置用シヤツタを提供し得るものであ
る。
