Claims (1)
- 半田印刷用のパターンが形成されたマスクに摺
接し、ペースト状の半田を前記パターンに従つて
基板に塗布して印刷する半田印刷用スキージにお
いて、前記マスクに摺接する弾性体からなる摺接
部と、該摺接部に連設され前記摺接部を保持する
保持部と、少なくとも前記摺接部の内部に配置さ
れた加熱部とを備えていることを特徴とする半田
印刷用スキージ。
