られるという問題点があった。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In such a conventional device, for example, when the needle or needle holder component requires replacement or repair due to wear or damage, the needle holder and the needle holder are replaced. Since the needle guide member has a one-piece structure, even if the board and needles are to be replaced, it is necessary to remove and connect a large number of needle threads, and if the board is replaced with the needle remaining. However, it is necessary to use a tool to align the remaining needles in preparation for assembly into the needle guide member, which is a very troublesome and difficult task in the limited space inside the Jacquard machine. The problem was that they were forced to.

In addition, a needle holder that selectively locks the needle near the top dead center is constructed separately, and a number of needle holders are arranged on both sides of the substrate with a predetermined difference between the two holders facing each other with the substrate in between. A unit is created by arranging a large number of needle guide members adjacent to each other so as to form a space for insertion, and a unit is created by arranging a large number of needle guide members adjacent to each other on both sides of the mounting plate so that the upper part of each mounting portion remains as a predetermined insertion type. On the other hand, both units are assembled so that they can be separated by fitting the insertion space and the insertion type.

It becomes possible to remove the chisel from the cord, pull it out from the needle guide member, and replace it with a spare one.

ができるという効果が得られる。(Effects of the Invention) In summary, according to the present invention, there is provided a needle guide member that freely slides and supports a needle that is engaged with and pulled up when raised by a knife that reciprocates in the vertical direction, and a needle that is selected near the top dead center. In addition to configuring a separate needle holder that locks the needle, a large number of needle holders are arranged adjacent to each other on both sides of the board so that a predetermined insertion space is formed between the two holders that face each other with the board in between. By arranging a large number of needle guide members adjacent to each other on both sides of the mounting plate so as to leave the upper part of the mounting part as a predetermined insertion allowance, it is possible to form a unit by connecting both units to the insertion space. Since the assembly is separable by fitting with the insertion allowance, an effect can be obtained in that the needle, needle holder, etc. can be easily and easily replaced without requiring any special tools or techniques.
