式的に示す説明図、第５図はこの考案の対象とす
る溶融メツキ法と従来の一般的なスプラツシユ除
去方法を示す概略図、第６図は同じく従来のスプ
ラツシユ除去方法を示す概略図で、Ａはノズル先
端部に付着したスプラツシユの除去前の状態を示
す図、Ｂはクリーニングプレートによりスプラツ
シユを除去した状態を示す図である。 １０……ノズル本体、１１……クリーナブロツ
ク、１３……スライドブロツク、１４……クリー
ニングプレート、１５……ロツドレスシリンダー
。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガス噴出口がスリツト状となした溶融メツキ用
    ワイピングノズルにおいて、ノズル幅方向に横設
    したロツドにガイドされてノズル幅方向に摺動す
    るノズルクリーナブロツクを内蔵し、該ブロツク
    にガス噴出口側に向けて組込まれかつバネにて常
    時ノズル内方向の力を付与されたスライドブロツ
    クに、上下２枚重ねのプレートからなり先端をガ
    ス噴出口より露出させて当該先端部が上下に折曲
    げられたクリーニングプレートを一体に設け、前
    記クリーナブロツクをワイヤにてノズル幅方向に
    往復動させる機構となしたノズルクリーニング装
    置を備えたことを特徴とする溶融メツキ用ワイピ
    ングノズル。
