す構成図、第６図、第７図は排紙部を回動退避さ
せた状態の図、第８図は従来例の構成を示す図で
ある。 Ａ…本体部、Ｂ…排紙部、Ｐ…複写紙、１…定
着ロール対、１ａ…加熱定着ロール、１ｂ…加圧
ロール、２…排紙ロール対、２ａ…上側排紙ロー
ル、２ｂ…下側排紙ロール、８，１８…分離爪、
１０…可動案内板、１７…係止部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体部の定着ロール対から分離爪によつて
    剥離した複写紙を受取つて機外に送り出す排紙ロ
    ール対を有する排紙部を本体部に枢着し、該排紙
    部を回動して本体部から退避させることによつて
    前記定着ロール対の圧力解除をなすトナー定着装
    置において、 操作用のレバーを突設し該排紙部に枢着された
    可動案内板に上側排紙ロールを下側排紙ロールと
    接離するように設け、該上下の排紙ロール対を圧
    接状態に係止する係止部を前記可動案内板と本体
    部との間に形成し、係止の解除によつて上下排紙
    ロール対の圧接が解除されると共に、排紙部が回
    動して本体部から退避することを特徴とするトナ
    ー定着装置。 (2) 可動案内板に上側排紙ロールとともに分離
    爪を枢着し、上記レバーの操作によつて可動案内
    板を回同したときに、上下の排紙ロール対の圧接
    解除とともに分離爪が定着ロール対から離開する
    ことを特徴とする請求項１記載のトナー定着装置
    。
