挟まれてトランスデユーサー電極が形成され、一
方のリフレクタがトランスデユーサー電極の一方
と、他方のリフレクタがトランスデユーサー電極
の他方と夫々接続されてなる表面波共振子が、絶
縁性筒体内に挿通され、この筒体の両端を閉塞す
る金属製キヤツプと表面波共振子の左右両端寄り
のリフレクタ部分とが半田若しくは導電性ペース
トで接続されていることを特徴とする表面波共振
