に、戸袋は雨戸枠の左右いずれにも設けることが
できるとともに、戸袋の奥行幅は雨戸の枚数にか
かわりなく一定で、戸袋の横幅のみ雨戸枚数に比
例して形成すればよく、また、雨戸は相互に連結
しているので防犯上も好ましいという利点を有す
るものである。また、従来の雨戸の場合は、その
開閉につきサツシ障子をその都度開閉してから行
なわなければならなかつたが、本考案によれば、
室内サツシの開閉にかかわりなく雨戸の開閉を自
動的に行うことができる。しかも、本考案の自動
開閉装置は、たるんだロープが雨戸と接触して故
障を発生し易い懸吊型の自動雨戸装置と異なり、
左右プーリ、ロープ、駆動Mモータが下枠及び補
助下枠で覆われて、外部との接触を遮断されてい
るので、従来のような接触に依る故障が生じな
