Abstract
Description
本発明は、屋上やバルコニーなどにおける床葺材の接続

屈曲加工して作成されるものであり、第1図(、)に示
すように、その両側端部に上方へ折り返し屈曲すること
によって下面が開口する断面形状に形成される嵌合屈曲
片2を一体に設けると共に各嵌合屈曲片2の先端に重ね
片3が外方へ水平に延出して設けである。この重ね片3
は床葺材1の上面よりやや下側のレベルで設けられるも
のであり、その先端には下方へ係止片9が延設しである
。
また、接続材4も樹脂被覆鋼板やカラー塗装鋼板など金
属板を屈曲加工して作成されるものであり、その幅寸法
は上記床葺材1よりも小さく形成しである。この接続材
4としては、第1図(a)に示すやや幅広の接続材4a
と、第2図(a)に示すやや幅狭の接続材4bとが用い
られるものである。

すなわち接続材4aは第1図(a)のように両側端部に
上面が開口する断面コ字型の排水溝部10を設けると共
に各排水溝部10の外側上端に下重ね片11を外方へ水
平に延出し、各下重ね片11の先端に嵌合突片5を延出
させて設けることによって形成しである。下重ね片11
は接続材4aの上面より下側のレベルで設けるようにし
である。また接続材4bは第2図(a)のように上面が
開口する断面コ字型の排水溝部10の両側上端にそれぞ
れ下重ね片11を外方へ水平に延出すると共に各下重ね
片11の先端に嵌合突片5を延出させて設けることによ
って形成しである。
上記のように形成される床葺材1を取り付けて屋上やバ
ルコニーなどの屋外に面する箇所に床を形成するにあた
っては、第3図に示すように、まず枠体14の上面に面
板15を張って形成される床パネル16の上に水径など
で形成される下地材13を所定間隔で平行に取り付け、
この下地材13の上に合板などで形成される複数枚の芯
板17を側端間に所定の間隔をあけて敷き、この各芯板
17の上に被せるように床葺材1を載置する6また芯板
17の側端間にはめ込むようにして接続用芯板18を取
り付ける。この接続用芯板18の上には接続材4が被せ
てあり、接続材4はこの接続用芯板18の上に接着等し
て予め固着しておくのがよい。接続用芯板18としては
、接続材4aを取り付ける第1図(a)のような接続用
芯板18aと、接続材4bを取り付ける第2図(a)の
ような接続芯板18bとを用いるものであり、接続用芯
板18aは床梁19等に取着した水径等で形成した下地
材20の上に、接続用芯板18bは下地材13.20の
上にそれぞれ取り付けるようにしである。接続用芯板1
8a、18bはそれぞれ床梁19や下地材13に接着等
して固着しておくのが好ましい。そして、上記のように
芯板17の上に床葺材1を被せると、第1図及び第2図
に示すように、床葺材1の端部の嵌合屈曲片2内に下側
から接続材4a。
4bの嵌合突片5が被挿され、係止片9が排水溝部10
内に差し込まれた状態で接続材4 a、 4 bの下重
ね片11の上に床葺材1の重ね片3が重ねられる。次ぎ
に第1図(、)や第2図(a)に示すように嵌合屈曲片
2の基部を嵌合突片5とともに折り曲げて、重ね片3の
上側に重ね合わせることによって、第1図(1〕)や第
2図(b)に示すように、嵌合屈曲片2を床葺材1の上
面と面一にする。
このように、床葺材1の端部を接続材4a、4bと嵌合
接続することによって接続材4 at 4 bを介して
隣合う床葺材1を接続することができ、全面が金属板の

雑にして床葺材と接続材との接続部分の防水性を高め、
防水シートを施工するような必要がなくなるものであり

めに、防火性の高い床を形成することができるものであ
