以下に、図面を用いて本発明に係る高耐候性金属化粧板
(以下、単に化粧板という)の一実施例について詳細に
説明する。第1図は上記化粧板の断面の一部を示す説明
図であり、1は化粧板で基材2の表面に凸模様3を設け
ると共に固着し、この凸模様3を含む全化粧面4にフッ
ソ塗料からなるフッソ塗膜5で被覆した化粧板上である
。さらに説明すると、基材2はステンレス板、アルミニ
ウム板、亜鉛鉄板、カラー鋼板、チタン板等の平板、エ
ンボス加工板等の1種からなるものであり、好ましくは
カラー鋼板がコスト、耐候性を総合すると望ましく、例
えばその断面を例示すると第2図に示す構成となる。す
なわち、基材2は芯十Aとして鉄イ、亜鉛メツキロ、化
成処理被膜ハ、下塗り層二、上塗り層ホとしたものであ
る。その際、上塗り層ホは凸模様3と相様性、密着性の
よい塗膜とする。凸模様3は■合成樹脂エマルジョン系
複層模様組成物、あるいは■反応、硬化型合成樹脂エマ
ルジョン系複層模様組成物等の1種以上を原料とし、ク
レータ状、スタッコ状、凹凸模様状等を形成したもので
ある。その組成物の中にはフッソ樹脂を数%添加した組
成が好ましい。また、厚さ、凸模様3の大きさは任意で
あるが、厚さとしては0.5〜3mm位までとし、基材
2の化粧面2aと凸模様3とが密着しやすいようにアク
リルウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂を塗布することもある

FIE、 PVF等をビヒクルの約10〜50%位を含
有するものである。具体的な一例を示せば、■フルオロ
オレフィンービニル系モノマー共重合体80〜40重量
部と炭素数2〜5で分子量が15.000〜40,00
0のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを85%以上を含む
アクリル樹脂を20〜60重量部、顔料、及び硬化剤を
配合した組成の塗料、アクリル変性フン化ビニリデン樹
脂を主成分とし、これに紫外線吸収剤を添加した塗料等
であって、塗布時の粘度は30〜500CPS位である
