Claims (1)
- センサボデイ１にプロテクタ１３を固定すると
ともに、そのプロテクタ１３内にセンサ素子２０
を収容し、前記センサボデイ１とプロテクタ１３
との間にはそれらの間の気密を保持するゴム等の
柔軟弾性材よりなるシール１７を設けるとともに
、そのシール１７にはセンサ素子２０のリード線
２２が挿通する挿通孔１８を設け、前記ねじ１４
の締め付けにより前記挿通孔１８が狭窄されるよ
うにシール１７が変形して、シール１７とリード
線２２との間の気密が保持されるように構成した
ことを特徴とするセンサ。
