ある。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a disconnection control device used when disconnecting a terminal device from a communication line. That is, when it is suspected that a failure has occurred in a terminal device connected to a communication line, the terminal device is disconnected from the communication line and a test is performed to determine whether the failure has occurred on either side of the communication line or the terminal device. This relates to a disconnection control device used when disconnecting a terminal device from a communication line.

, If F2 is disconnected for some reason, the disconnection control device will not operate even if a disconnection control signal is sent from the communication line, and the communication line will not work even if a test is performed from the communication line. Since continuity cannot be obtained between the two constituent wires, it has the disadvantage that it is not possible to distinguish between a failure in the communication line and a failure in the fuse.

When the control circuit operates in response to a signal, the cut-off contact of the control circuit connected in series to the two lines on the downstream side switches, and the terminal device connected ahead of it is switched. In a disconnection control device configured to disconnect from the communication line, a fuse is connected to the line between the control circuit and the disconnection contact, and the disconnection contact of the control circuit is switched to disconnect the terminal device from the communication line. At this time, a terminating device is connected to the communication line via the disconnection contact instead of the terminal device.

Communication line side terminals L1 and L2 of the cutting control device PSEP are connected to a communication line (not shown), and a cutting control signal is sent out via the communication line. If current flows at this time, the communication line is normal.
