Claims (1)
- ケーシング１に回転自在に設けられた回転軸４
と、前記回転軸４に設けられた回転検出器用ロー
タ巻線３と、前記ケーシング１の内壁１ａに設け
られ前記回転検出器用ロータ巻線３と対応する回
転検出器用ステータ巻線２と、前記ケーシング１
内に設けられ前記回転検出器用ロータ巻線３に対
する信号の入力又は出力を行うための信号入出力
部１１と、前記ケーシング１の外周に設けられた
ヒータ１４と、前記ケーシング１に設けられた温
度検出センサ１６と、前記ヒータ１４及び温度検
出センサ１６に接続された温度制御部１７とを備
え、前記温度制御部１７により回転検出器１５の
温度を一定に保つようにしたことを特徴とするヒ
ータ付回転検出器。
