Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （イ）産業上の利用分野 本願は蒸気圧の異なる複数種の液体を扱う場所たとえば
ガソリンや軽油を貯蔵供給する給油所等において、貯蔵
タンクへの誤注油を防止する装置に関する。
（ロ）従来技術とその問題点 給油所等では注油に際して作業者が倉入りに油種の確認
を行なっている。
油種の異なる油を混入してしまうと多蓋の油が使用不能
となり、知らずに自動車へ給油するとエンジントラブル
を起こしてしまうからである。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）一方端にカップリングを備え、他方端がタンク内
    で開口した注油管の途中に設けた注油弁と、この注油管
    の注油弁よりもカップリング側において注油管に流入し
    た油を閉じ込め閉塞室を作り出す手段と、閉じ込めた油
    を撹拌する手段と、撹拌した油の圧力値を測定する手段
    と、測定圧力値をもとに油種を判定する手段と、当該タ
    ンクの油種と一致したことを条件に前記注油弁の開弁を
    許可する制御手段とからなる荷降混油防止装置。
  2. （２）一方端にカップリングを備え、他方端がタンク内
    で開口した注油管の途中に設けた注油弁と、この注油管
    の注油弁よりもカップリング側において測定室を備えた
    バイパス路を注油管の一部を迂回して設け、測定室には
    油を撹拌する手段と、その上端部のバイパス路を閉塞す
    る手段と、油の気化値を計測する手段と、計測気化値を
    もとに油種を判定する手段と、当該タンクの油種と一致
    したことを条件に前記注油弁の開弁を許可する制御手段
    とからなる荷降混油防止装置。
  3. （３）一方端にカップリングを備え、他方端がタンク内
    で開口した注油管の途中に設けられた注油弁と、この注
    油管の注油弁よりもカップリング側において注油管に流
    入した油を閉じ込め閉塞室を作り出す手段と、閉塞室に
    連通し気体が残留する気室と、閉じ込めた油を撹拌する
    手段と、撹拌した油の気化値を測定する手段と、測定気
    化値をもとに油種を判定する手段と、当該タンクの油種
    と一致したことを条件に前記注油弁の開弁を許可する制
    御手段とからなる荷降混油防止装置。
