In order to achieve the above object, the present invention embeds the main body of an air conditioner in the ceiling, and the ceiling has a suction port inside and an air outlet along the outer periphery of the suction port at the bottom of the main body of the air conditioner. In a ceiling-embedded air conditioner equipped with a panel, an air outlet is formed by continuously cutting the ceiling panel into an annular shape along the outer periphery of the air inlet, and an inner panel having the air inlet and the air outlet are formed. It is constructed separately from an outer panel that partitions the outer side of the inner panel, and the inner panel and outer panel can be attached and detached independently to improve workability during installation and maintenance.
