There were many cases where this was the case. The composition was created with the purpose of obtaining this suede feel.
A method is known in which soft urethane rubber beads are mixed and dispersed in a paint and applied to the target area. However, this method makes the applied surface somewhat more elastic than normal paint,
Although it has the advantage of producing a warm taste, it is far from the feel of suede and is not satisfactory in terms of texture.

If the length is less than 0.1 mm, it will be difficult to create a suede feel, and if the length exceeds 2.0 + * m, it will be difficult to paint. Spraying is undesirable as it can clog the spray gun that performs the work. In addition, the material of this short fiber is
Nylon, acrylic, polypropylene, polyester,
Rayon, polyethylene, polyurethane, cotton linen, knitted wool, etc. can be selected according to the desired texture, and the thickness can be freely selected within the range of 0.1 denier, and the fiber can be processed to improve performance. For example, treatments such as light resistance treatment, softening treatment, solvent resistance, and fading resistance can be performed.

If the particle size is less than 1 μm, the smooth feel of the granular material will not be produced, and this will hinder the creation of a suede feel. Also 500μ
If the amount exceeds 100%, it is undesirable to spray the paint as it will clog the spray gun used for the work, and if the amount of granules added is less than 1wt%, the smooth contact feel of the granules cannot be achieved and it will feel like suede. It is not possible to cause
If the amount added exceeds 70 wt%, light resistance and adhesion will decrease in terms of coating M physical properties, which is undesirable.

If the solvent content is less than 5wt%, the spraying of the paint will cause clogging of the spray gun, which is undesirable. It has deteriorated and is not clever.

If the vehicle content is less than 3 wt%, coating M physical properties such as adhesion, scratch resistance, and bendability will deteriorate, which is not preferable (,
If the amount is more than 60 wt%, the short fibers, granular filler, etc. will be covered with the vehicle, which will reduce the desired tactility, which is not preferable. As a vehicle, consider the elongation, adhesion, light resistance, curing properties, etc. from among various paint resins, and select the desired plan and paint performance. Wow
