て、高電圧荷電側電極として絶縁被覆した絶縁ト
ロリーの上面と両側面の3面それぞれに適合する
面形状をもつたローラ型電極と、接地側電極とし
て導体摺動面に接触するローラ型電極とを有する
ことを特徴とする耐電圧試験装置。 (2) 請求項(1)において、ローラ型電極のローラ
のコアが金属より成り、周囲が導電性ポリマーで
