Claims (1)

外周面に押圧し、被仕上物またはバニシユツール
のいずれかを被仕上物の長手方向を軸として回転
させて、被仕上物の長手方向の外周面をバニシユ
仕上するバニツシング装置において、前記被仕上
物の両端面を長手方向に沿つた両側より押圧し係
止する端面保持具と、この端面保持具に保持され
る前記被仕上物を取り巻く外周に前記長手方向に
直交するほゞ同一平面上でかつ前記長手方向の中
心に対しほゞ同一間隔の取付角で設けられる複数
個のバニシユツールと、これらバニシユツールの
バニシユ押圧子を前記被仕上物の長手方向の外周
面に弾力的な所定の押圧力で押圧する押圧機構と
を具備したことを特徴とするバニツシング装置。 (2) 上記バニシユ押圧子は単結晶ダイヤモンド
でなることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のバニツ
