本考案は蓄電池の一括注水システムにおける一

一般に、一括注水システムを具備した蓄電池に
おいて、蓄電池内で発生したガスは、接続パイプ
等を通り一括して排水部より大気中に放出され
る。接続パイプ内が水で満されている時は、排水
部より放出されたガスに外部火点から引火しても
蓄電池に誘爆することはない。しかし、接続パイ
プ内が水で満されていない時は、排水部より放出
されたガスに引火すると蓄電池が誘爆する可能性
が大である。そこで蓄電池等の防爆用フイルター
として広く知られているアルミナフイルターを排
水部に取り付けることにより、排水部に防爆機能
を持たせることが考えられるが、通常アルミナフ
イルターには水等により通気性が損われないよう
に撥水処理が施されている。しかし、撥水処理が
施されていると通気性は良いが、反面通水性が極
めて無くなるので、一括排水排気装置用の防爆フ
イルターとしてアルミナフイルターは適用でない
