(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
上記のようにバークを処理するに当り、バーク堆肥を製
造するには、非常に分解しにくいバークを原料とするの
で一般的にきわめて長期間を要し、例えば上記したスギ
やヒノキの場合は最低2〜3年は必要であり、また生石
灰を用いる場合でも半年〜2年は必要である.
しかも現在のところ,バークの有効利用の途は堆肥化し

ーニング及びその他の処理について研究を行い、本発明
の完或に到ったものである.
すなわち本発明の骨子とするところは、バークを尿素及
び放線菌で処理し、バーク処理物を得る点である.
本発明を実施するに際して、主原料としてはバークを使
用する.本発明において、バークとは、樹皮のほか,木
粉、木材チップ、樹葉、鋸屑、竹類を広く指すものとし
、従来バーク堆肥の原料として用いられてきた材料が単
用ないし併用できる.これらのバークを堆肥製造と同様
な方法で処理するのであるが、特に本発明においては尿
素と放線菌の使用が必要である.
尿素は、バークに対してその0.3〜4%、好ましくは
1〜2%添加する,尿素は、粉末、粒状等固体のまま添
加してもよいが、水に溶解し、これを散布してもよい.
尿素の添加は、1回に全量添加してもよいし,数回に分

く包含される。また、放線菌は、鶏糞等副原料、バーク
等を用いて予じめ馴養したものを用いてもよい.放線菌
の添加量の一応の目安は上記したとおりであるが、接種
量が多ければ多い程、処理期間が短縮されるので上記し
た範囲以上使用しても差し支えない.
これらの原料には、必要あれば次のような副原料を更に
配合してもよい:
家畜糞尿,家禽糞、家禽舎廃棄物、汚泥,糞尿,家庭排
出物,農産製造粕,水産製造粕,畜産製造粕、化学肥料
、水、草木灰、きゅう肥、繊維性材料(稲わら、麦わら
、もみがら,そばから,青草、大豆粕等)、その他.
これらの材料を用いて、堆積,発酵、混合,切返し、完
熟等堆肥製造の常法にしたがって処理を行えば、目的と

本発明による迅速処理のメカニズムの詳細は、今後の研

処理されるものと推定される.
得られた処理物は、物理性も大巾に改良され,バーク特
有の臭気も脱臭されて、堆肥としてきわめて有用である
.そのほか腐葉土,ピートモス、鹿沼土,水ゴケといっ
た園芸材料の代替物としても有用であり、特に、コチョ
ウラン,シンビジウム、カトレア等洋ランの鉢やプラン
ターに用いる園芸材料として好適である.
以下,本発明を、実施例について更に詳細に説明する.
実施例1
スギバーク粉末10kgの堆積物に、尿素100gを5
Qの水に溶解した液を散布した.
一方,サーモモノスポラ・クルバータIF0 1238
4を、鶏糞50%及び炭酸カルシウム0.2%からなる
液体培地に接種し、45〜52℃に維持して3日間振ど
う培養して、鶏糞馴致培養を行った.この得られた培養
物1kgを上記堆積物に更に添加して処理を開始した.
その翌日、pi{は8から10となった.これら堆積物
を厚さ50alに堆積しておくとさかんにアンモニアの
発生が観察された.そこで1日1回混合撹拌して切返し
を行い、その都度2800皿でフェノールの吸収をチェ
ックした.処理開始後2週間でフェノールの吸収が当初
の173となり、悪臭も消失し、物理性や外観、性状も
一変して、目的とする処理物が得られた.
実施例2
ペイマツバーク粉末10ICg、汚泥2kg、尿素20
0gを水5Qに溶解した液を充分に混合し、これを堆積
した.
一方、ストレプトマイセス・サーモフィラス^TCC
19282の胞子500 gを上記堆積物にふりがげた
後散水し、シートをかぶせて処理を開始した.翌夕には
アンモニアが発生しpHが9に上昇し、た.1日1回切
返しを行い、堆肥製造と同様の処理を行った.フェノー
ルの吸収を28on一でチェックし、2週間後にフェノ
ールの吸収が当初の173に低下したので発酵を停止し
、目的とする処理物を得た.
得られた処理物は、風乾したところ、全く異臭もなくバ
ークの原形も消失して,全く別の生成物に変化しており
、これを計量包装すれば直ちに商品となり得ることが確
認された.
(発明の効果)
本発明は、堆肥以外に格別に有効な用途がなくしかも堆
肥化するのに2〜3年という長年月を要するバークを、
わずか2週間程度のごく短期間で処理することに或功し
たものであって、適切な処理法がなくむしろ公害源とも
目されていたバークを迅速に無公害化できる点で貞越し
ている.しかも本発明に係るバーク処理物は、堆肥とし
て有用であるばかりでなく、園芸用素材として,非常に
有用であって、鉢やプランターに使用する土壌,水ゴケ
、鹿沼上等の代替物としても雑菌もなくきれいな素材と
いうことで大いに家庭,事務所、商店,レストラン等で
も利用することができる.
このように本発明は,従来有効処理の途がなくむしろ用
途のない有害な産業廃棄物とも見られていたバークを無
公害化できただけでなく,更に進んで積極的に有効利用
の途を新たに開発したものであって、非常に卓越した効

The treated product according to claim 1, wherein the treated bark product is bark compost. 3. The treated material according to claim 1, wherein the bark treated material is a horticultural material. 4. Add 0.3 to 4% of urea and 1 to 10% of actinomycetes acclimated with animal excrement and/or their processed material to the crushed bark material or crushed material, stirring if necessary.
