Traditionally, the doors shown in Figures 3 and 4 have been used as highly decorative doors.
As shown in the figure, there is a loop-shaped molding 3 on the door surface.
This method involves providing a protruding part to separate the central part of the door from the peripheral part of the door, and then decorating the central part of the door with a glass 8. However, there is a problem in that it requires a lot of work to process.

The door surface material of the present invention has a loop-shaped molding in which the central part of the surface of the surface material body 1 is recessed and protruded to form an uneven decoration 2, and locking pieces 5 are formed on both side edges over the entire length. A receiver 4 is attached to the outer periphery of the concave-convex ornament 2, and a loop-shaped molding 3 is attached to the molding receiver 4, with a loop-shaped molding 3 having locking pieces 6 that are respectively locked to the locking pieces 5 formed over the entire length of both side edges. The surface material body 1 is made of a material such as a steel plate, and has an uneven decoration 2 formed at the center of its surface. A molding 3 that separates the central part and the peripheral part of the surface material body 1 is attached to the outer peripheral part of the uneven decoration 2 in a loop shape so as to protrude from the surface. The molding 3 is detachably attached to a molding receiver 4 attached to the surface material main body 1 with screws 7. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2b, the molding receiver 4 is formed into a loop shape that is substantially the same as the molding 3, and the cross section is formed into a U-shape that opens upward, and the entire length of the opening edges on both sides is A locking piece 5 is formed extending outward and diagonally downward. Further, the cross section of the molding 3 is formed into a U-shape that opens downward, and a locked piece 6 is formed that projects diagonally upward inwardly over the entire length of both opening edges. As a result, the locked pieces 6 of the molding 3 are respectively locked to the locking pieces 5 of the molding receiver 4, so that the molding 3 can be detachably attached to the surface material main body 1. Although the surface material main body 1 is a single sheet, the central part and the peripheral part give a texture, color tone, and composition feeling as if they were separate materials, and improve workability and decorativeness. It is something that can be done.
The door itself is constructed as a flush door with a hollow interior.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, an uneven decoration is formed in the center of the surface of the surface material body, and the outer periphery of this uneven decoration is surrounded by a molding, so that although it is a single surface material body, the central part and It has the advantage of being able to give the periphery a texture, color tone, and sense of structure as if it were made of a separate material, improving workability, and increasing decorativeness. In addition, a loop-shaped molding receiver having a locking piece formed over the entire length on each side edge is attached to the outer periphery of the uneven decoration, and a locked piece that is respectively locked to the locking piece is attached to the both side edges. It has a mounting structure in which a loop-shaped molding formed over the entire length of the molding is removably attached to the molding receiver, and the molding can be attached to the surface material main body via the molding receiver over the entire length, so that the molding does not float on the molding. It is possible to attach the molding with good appearance without causing any scratches, and there is also an advantage that the molding can be easily replaced by detachably attaching the molding to the molding receiver.
