列又は歯冠修復における咬合歯列形態の再現を行

定する。この準備作業を経て片顎づつ義歯の作成
工程に入るわけであるが、人工歯の排列は審美性
及び咬合性を勘案して熟練歯科技工士又は歯科医

咬合器1に着脱自在に装着されるブラケツト2
と、該ブラケツト2に位置調整機構3を介して着
脱自在に装着された人工歯排列若しくは咬合歯列
形成の為の基準用テンプレート4とより成り、上
記位置調整機構3が、前記咬合器1に配置された
顎模型5若しくは口腔内から得られる解剖学的指
標に適合するように上記テンプレート4の位置を
前後左右に及び上下に移動調整し得るようになさ

前後・左右の傾度等の位置が任意に調整されるよ
うになされているから、顎模型5を単に咬合器1
の適当位置に配置するだけで適正な咬合状態が迅
速且つ適確に設定され、これにより人工歯排列等
が極めて簡易且つ正確になされる。このような著

冠修復における咬合歯列形態の再現を行なう為の
咬合歯列形成基準装置であつて、咬合器1に着脱
自在に装着されるブラケツト2と、ブラケツト2
に位置調整機構3を介して着脱自在に装着された
人工歯排列若しくは咬合歯列形成の為の基準用テ
ンプレート4とより成り、上記位置調整機構3
が、前記咬合器1に配置された顎模型5若しくは
口腔内から得られる解剖学的指標に適合するよう
上記テンプレート4の位置を前後左右に及び上下
に移動調整し得るようになされたことを特徴とす
