(産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、平飼い式鶏舎に設置されている吊下
げ式自動給水器に組合せて使用される、該自動給
水器の溢水防止装置に関するものである。(従来
の技術) プラスチツク製の吊下げ式丸型自動給水器(実
開昭55−38834号公報、実開昭55−106073号公報、
実開昭56−62066号公報参照)は、平飼い式鶏舎
に広く使用されているが、雛の日令が進むにつれ
て、溢水が多くなり、敷料を甚だしく湿めらせて
いる例が少なくない。その結果、コクシジウム症
の蔓延を助長したり、敷料からアンモニアガスが
多量に発生して、呼吸器病を悪化させる原因とも
なつている。 この溢水は、雛が結水器の下に入つて結水器を
傾けたり、あるいは雛が群れて移動する際に大き
く横ゆれさせることによつて起こされるものであ
る。 そこで、この溢水を防止するため、第4図に示
す如く、給水器1の内側の空所に貯水用容器2を
設け、ここに水を貯めて給水器1自体の重量を重
くしたり、あるいは第5図に示す如く、厚手の板
3に複数本の柱4を給水器1の外縁1aに接する
ように立て、横ゆれを防止することが試みられて
いる。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) しかし、これらのものはいずれも不完全で、例
えば、前者は下からの押上げは防止できても横ゆ
れは防止できず、また後者は横ゆれは生じないが
雛の体の一部が給水器の縁の下に入るため、傾斜
は防ぐことができない。 そこで、本考案は雛が全く給水器の下に入るこ
とができず、しかも横ゆれも防止でき、さらには
給水器からの漏水貯留をも警報できる自動給水器
の溢水防止装置を提供することを目的とする。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 上記目的を達成するため、本考案は、平飼い式
鶏舎に設置される吊下げ式自動給水器の溢水防止
装置において、前記自動給水器の周囲を包囲する
周壁を有する有底筒状のバケツト部と、該バケツ
ト部の周壁上部に鶏の首差し込み間隙をあけて突
出形成した複数の邪魔板と、前記バケツト部への
漏水貯留を警報する漏水警報装置とからなること
を特徴とするものである。 (作用) 本考案は上記のように構成したので、平飼い式
鶏舎の床に吊下げ式自動給水器の下方からその外
縁を覆うように載置すると、給水器の下から鶏が
入り込めないとともに、邪魔板の間隙から鶏が首
を差し込み自動給水器の水を飲水しても、該自動
給水器の横ゆれを邪魔板又はバケツト部周壁によ
つて極力防止でき、かつ給水器からこぼれた水も
バケツト部に貯留できて、床を湿めらせるような
ことはない。しかもバケツト部に貯留された水
は、所定量に達すると漏水警報器により警報され
て、貯いすぎ状態を知らせることができる。 (実施例) 以下、本考案の実施例を第1図乃至第3図に基
づいて説明する。 まず、第1図は本考案の一実施例を示すもの
で、1は平飼い式鶏舎に上方から吊下げて設置さ
れている自動給水器であり、この自動給水器1の
下方の鶏舎床上に溢水防止装置5が載置される。 この溢水防止装置5は、前記自動給水器1の周
囲を包囲する周壁6aを有し、該自動給水器1か
らの溢水を貯留するバケツト部6と、該バケツト
部6の周壁6aから上方に所定間隙をおいて突出
形成された複数の邪魔板7と、バケツト部6内へ
漏水が貯りすぎた場合等に警報を発する漏水警報
器11とから構成されている。 バケツト部6は有底円筒状に形成されており、
底部6bには何らかの原因で自動給水器1から漏
れた水8を貯留できるようになつている。そし
て、周壁6aは上方開口側に向かつてやや拡開す
る形状とし、かつその径は自動給水器1の外縁1
aよりやや大径としてある。また、このバケツト
部6の高さは雛の生長に合せて所望高さに設定す
ることが好ましい。 邪魔板7は、自動給水器1の横ゆれを防止する
ためのもので、バケツト部6の周壁6aの上端か
ら上方に向かつて鶏の首差し込み間隙9をあけ
て、周状に複数突出形成されている。この邪魔板
7は、バケツト部6と一体成形しても、また別体
に形成して固着してもよい。この邪魔板7,7間
の間隙9は鶏が自動給水器1の水を飲水するとき
の首差し込み窓の役割を果たす。 漏水警報器11は溢水防止装置5内、例えば邪
魔板7の内側に取付けられており、該警報器11
からは所定長さのプラス・マイナス両電極線1
2,13がバケツト部6内に垂下され、2点鎖線
で示す如く、該電極線12,13の下端まで漏水
がきたとき両電極線12,13間を通電して警報
を発するように構成されている。尚、14は漏水
警報器11のリード線である。このように漏水警
報器を装備すると、漏水が貯まりすぎたり、何ら
かの原因で漏水が生じたとき等において、速やか
にその事故の発生を知ることができる。 本実施例の溢水防止装置5は丸型自動給水器を
想定して、円筒状に形成したが、自動給水器の形
状にあわせて、他の形状、例えば四角、六角等の
多角筒状とすることも可能である。また、バケツ
ト部6は上方開口側に向かつてその周壁6aが拡
開するようにしたが、必ずしも拡開させる必要は
ない。しかしながら、バケツト部6を上方開口側
に向かつて拡開する形状とした場合には、積み重
ね収納ができ便利である。 そして第2図のようにバケツト部6の周壁6a
外面に僅かな丈の突条10又は突起等の突部を複
数形成すると、第3図のように積み重ねた際に、
周壁間に空間ができ、消毒薬等の侵入が容易にな
るだけでなく、取外す際は内部が陰圧にならない
ため、簡単に分離できる。尚、この突部はバケツ
ト部6の周壁6a内面に複数形成してもよく、こ
れによつて前述の如く外面に形成したのと同様の
効果が得られる。 次に、上記のように構成した本実施例の溢水防
止装置と、第4図及び第5図に示す従来例の使用
試験結果を示すと、以下の表の通りである。
