サート金具3の挿入過程を順を追って示すが、冷却時間
が完了して型開きの間に前記エアシリンダーロッド7が
前進して、金型内の所定位置で停止(第5図)、成形品
取出しの間に固定側金型内に設置された油圧シリンダー
10が作動してインサート金具は金型内に挿入され(第
6図〉、インサートブツシュ12が前進して前記インサ
ート金具と嵌合し一時停止する(第7図)。その後エア
シリンダー2の作動によりチャック5が後退し金型外へ
出て停止する(第8図)。この後型閉動作と連動して前
記インサートブツシュ12が再度前進し、可動側金型の
センターピン15がインサート金具の内径に嵌合するも
のである。
