Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボデーと、該ボデーの一部に形成された第
    1連通孔と、前記ボデー内に形成されたフロート
    室内のフロートガイド上に遊嵌されたフロートと
    、該フロートガイド内に配設され該フロートの移
    動に従つて開閉されるスイツチ手段と、前記ボデ
    ーの開口端を閉塞するカバーと、該カバーの一部
    に形成された第2連通孔とを有する液体残量レベ
    ル検出装置において、前記フロートガイドは前記
    ボデーと一体的に形成され、前記カバー内に配設
    された温度感応部材と、該温度感応部材を前記フ
    ロート室へと付勢するスプリング手段とを有し、
    前記温度感応部材は低温時には前記フロート室の
    開口端を完全に閉塞し、高温時には前記フロート
    室の開口端を微小に開口することを特徴とする液
    体残量レベル検出装置。 (2) 前記フロートガイドは前記ボデーと一体的
    に形成され、前記カバー内にはスプリング室が形
    成され、前記カバーには該スプリング室と前記フ
    ロート室とを連通する第3連通孔が形成され、該
    第3連通孔の一端を閉塞するバルブ手段が、前記
    スプリング室内に配設されたスプリング手段によ
    り閉方向に付勢されると共に、該スプリング手段
    と対向して前記バルブ手段を開方向に付勢する温
    度感応部材を有し、前記バルブ手段は低温時には
    前記第3連通孔の一端を完全に閉塞し、高温時に
    は前記第3連通孔の一端を微小に開口することを
    特徴とする液体残量レベル検出装置。 (3) 前記第2連通孔は、その開口面積が微小で
    あることを特徴とする請求項(1)及び(2)記載の液
    体残量レベル検出装置。
