- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プラテンガラスとプラテンカバーとの間にセツ
トされた原稿情報をイメージセンサで読取つて原
稿を複写する複写機およびフアクシミリ装置に設
けられる原稿寸法検出装置において、 予定のパターンが描かれたプラテンカバーと、 原稿読取用イメージセンサの検出信号に基づい
て複数の検出ライン上で前記パターンが検出され
た位置を検出する手段と、 前記位置検出手段で検出された複数の検出信号
に基づき、これらの検出信号の組合わせに従つて
原稿の寸法を決定するサイズ決定手段とを具備し
たことを特徴とする原稿寸法検出装置。
